We called FON (just found them via google!) as we have a relatively new and quite expensive couch in our living room which had became stained from our family of four. I honestly thought we would have to get it recovered due to all the stains. FON made it look totally new again. They were wonderful to work with, very nice and the couch looks amazing. Quick, professional service, available when other similar companies are usually closed (weekends, late evenings). Staff is very friendly, polite, and responsible. I had old cat urine on upholstery, which is usually quite hard to remove, but they offered second cleaning without extra charge until all urine and odours were neutralized.

We have used FON Pro- Carpet cleaning & Upholstery services. They come every month and stay for a couple of hours. They are completely trustworthy, we are totally comfortable having them in our home even when we are not there. They bring their own equipment and always do a fine job, the house looks really nice when they are done. They are reliable, they always come when they are scheduled, and if for some reason we have to reschedule (e.g if we have been away for a few weeks so the house doesn't need cleaning) they are easy to reach and perfectly willing to reschedule. it is easy to communicate with them. The price is fair. We are very happy with their service; no complaints at all

They took the time needed to get the best possible results ( no rushing). The end result was outstanding, removing a couple rust stains and smelled so clean. More than I could have imagined, will be using them again.

Great company, great guys! They fit us in short notice and were very competitively priced. I have antique furniture and they were very mindful of using green cleaning products so as not to damage the fabric. My furniture looks and smells like new and it only took a couple hours. FON's scheduled a carpet cleaning for me on Tuesday, Nov.24'20 between 10-11. They didn't show up, so I called them (spoke to Michael) and they said they didn't realize it was for 5 rooms and they wouldn't have time. He also had a disappointed tone when he realized this was a Groupon deal. He told me that they may be able to do it later the same day and that he would call me back whether they could or not. He also said they would definitely be able to do it the following day (the 25th) if not on 24th. Michael did not call me back on Tuesday, so I assumed they would arrive Wednesday (the 25th) between 10-11. Again, no show. No call from them. So I called them again and Michael said they are so busy they need to reschedule for the following week. We again rescheduled for Tuesday Dec.2'20. When they didn't arrive by 12:15, I texted Chris (the owner) to ask if they were on their way. He or Michael (not sure which) called me back and said, YET AGAIN, that they were too busy. He said they've been cleaning carpet everyday. Why is he telling me this? Isn't this their job......to clean carpet everyday??? He said he would call me back to reschedule. NO THANKS! Very unprofessional!!! Then, As I'm about to post this review, Chris called me to tell me that there was a glitch or something in the system. I told him him I had already requested for a refund from Groupon. His response was, "Oh well, I can't do anything about that." NEVER once did anyone apologize for their screwups. They do not care at all about customer service. I will NEVER recommend these UNRELIABLE guys at FON.
