We have a Family Room in our home that had quite a few Pet stains. After paying one Carpet Cleaning company a few hundred dollars, and, the stains were still there, we called Brothers in Grime. Dion, the "miracle worker" who cleaned the carpet, 10 stairs, and a landing at our back door, informed us before he started, that there was no guarantee that they would come out. We told him to do the job, and I am here to say that the stains are ALL gone, not a sign that they were ever there, and, we are tickled pink with the "job well done". In fact, just today, I have booked the same great Company to clean more carpets in our home! If anyone is looking for Carpet Cleaners, look no further !! I guarantee you will be very pleased !! Oh, and Dion, he was friendly, prompt, considerate, and, overall, just a nice guy !!!

I can't say enough good things about Mike and Mark and their team. They are professional and go the extra mile to ensure they get the job done right. We had them in for some water damage and they professional dried things up and removed the damage. They showed us a few things we could fix on our own to save money and then they looked at it after we were done to be sure it looked good. At the end of the project they cleaned our carpets that brought them back to looking like new after a month of rebuilding our basement and years of pet stains. I also used them for our commercial business where we had a minor water leak. They came in and checked out the wall for moisture and helped with the clean up. This is the second time in the past few years we have used Brothers in Grime to clean our carpets. The last time was to remove a massive stain (bowl of red punch spilt on our white carpet). Dion came over and removed all trace of it. Just last week Dion came again, exactly when promised, and did another fabulous job of cleaning our carpets to like new. Some nail polish got spilled on the carpet in one of my bedrooms. We tried to clean it up, but it wasn't coming out. Call these guys in the morning and they sent a guy out that afternoon. After less than 15 minutes he was able to get it out. This saved me from having to put in an insurance claim, thus saving me my deductible plus and increase in my insurance premiums. As Mike books a time for his crew to come back, he also suggests a dehumidifier in the meantime (and that's a whole other story which involves LITRES AND LITRES of water being sucked out of the air every day!). Who knew? (well, of course Mike knew). Now to the important stuff - Brothers in Grime made this whole ordeal so much easier than mom and dad could have imagined. They were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. And the crew...skillful, courteous, awesome...everyone did such a terrific job. Can we give more than 5 stars?

We have thick carpet in our basement and a one year old and a dog. Our dog had gotten sick and had a few accidents on the carpet so I called and booked an online appointment and was able to get our carpets steamed and sanitized the following day. They came on time and did our entire basement. The price was very reasonable and it left our basement smelling and feeling so fresh and clean. They came highly recommended from a family member who sells flooring and says the products and machines they use are certified and won’t damage the carpet. I would highly recommend them.
