A terrible place. There's a new dryer broken every week. We're down to three right now. Not all of them are even labeled as broken, so it's a gamble putting your laudnry in the dryer. Terrible that management can't spring for new ones. Don't waste your time here.

Very bad service. No one is there to help you while you are there, some of the machines didn’t work, instructions are not clear. And on top of that, the “wifi” they claim to have, didn’t even work. Only lasted 5 minutes before cutting out. Highly suggest not going here.

Ridiculous, the person working had LEFT the laundromat forcing all clients to find change in corners stores in the area for the entire time I was there.. A waste of time to do your laundry here honestly.

It Is my first time come to Montreal and came to this store. The owner is very nice to me and I like the wifi and the not to high price not like in Korea ( sorry bad English) I would go back to wash my clothes at the store

Perfect laundry service in a nice neighbourhood. While we were enjoying a coffee down the street the machines did the work and our holiday laundry was done. And they have free wifi!

Great place. Very well maintained and staff is very friendly. Let me finish my laundry even though it was going beyond closing time 10pm. Since the recent renovation it very clean and shiny. Nice waiting area with tall chairs and space to sort out laundry. Even has free WiFi now. All is proper.

Good place if you don't have a problem, but as soon as there's an issue impossible to reach anyone for help. I put my clothes in at 9pm, 1 hour before the close, go out to do something while waiting, come back at 9:45 and the doors locked. Now I understand locking the door if you want no new customers, BUT HAVE SOMEONE STAY INSIDE FOR PEOPLE TO COME GET THEIR CLOTHES. One other guy and I have been now waiting in front of the place for ober an hour waiting for someone to answer us and no answer. On the plus side, their internet works really well even feom outside the laundry mat.

internet connection is ok, BUT I went there each week during 5 months and the last time the receptionist told me there were NO HOT WATER in all the washing machines, just when I asked her which program I should use to get 60°C !! officially because it was "broken" BUT I really think it's been several months it has been broken ! Cause I never found my clothes at least warm when I took them out of the washing machines... and white clothes weren't very clean, even with good detergent... It's a supposition, but you should ask them before paying 2 or 3$... (excuse my english)

Did the drop-off option. Was surprised they wouldn't weigh it before to give me an estimate of the cost. Was also surprised to find they charge more for underwear (3.99/lb) only upon getting the bill. Very bad communication, not good customer service. If I go back there it's only for the DIY option.

There's a new owner, a bit better at English than the last one, super friendly tho and gives better service. The prices are ok but I think that the free wifi and the nice view from outside kinda compensate it. Overall really happy with the new owner definitely recommend this to anyone!

A large number of the machines were broken...including 2 of the only 8 dryers. Those that worked had poorly labelled signs stating the wrong dollar amounts. By trial and error we finally figured out how much to make them work. One machine wouldn’t accept loonies only quarters (16 of them). Vending machine had no soap or much of anything in it.

The machines are pretty old. Every time my clothes had white stains after washing them there and I don't use powder, I use liquid laundry soap.

Do not go here. Extremely poor service, most machines are broken or dirty leaving your laundry sitting in a puddle or smelling like metal. Staff is unhelpful as they are not there to refund you if a machine doesn't work or give you change if the coin machine is broken. Communication is awful, there is often no one there and no one answers the phone. It's just not worth it.

machine took ages and upon being "done" I opened it to find my clothes sopping wet and freezing cold- had to wring them out before spending an absurd amount of quarters to dry them, ended up giving up and heading home with wet clothes

Destroyed all of my clothes. They were incinerated in the dryer because it was way too hot. The room began to fill with smoke and they casually propped open the door, so it has probably happened before. The owner lady then started yelling in my face and was blaming me any way she could. Frig this place!

If everything works here it's great. Any issue and you're out of luck. I've had machines break on me. And now during the Covid 19 crisis their change machine is eating two-dollar coins and often shutting down completely so it won't even take bills. As it is really hard to get change during the pandemic, it now means that I can't even use their service because I can't get change. I contact the staff, and they say that they will only be there 6:30 am to 7:30am and that is the only time I can get assistance. I am literally trying to help them and they aren't giving me help to assure that they can actually have people pay to use their machines
