Et me dit qu'il na pas le temps car il est convaincu jai pas mis d'argent dedans!! Et il est reparti en me traitant de voleurs a l'autre employés de la buanderie/nettoyeur.

Il était pourtant bien inscrit sur l'étiquette nettoyage à sec seulement. On s'attendrait d'un propriétaire d'entreprise qu'il sache lire les étiquettes. Le manteau est importable dans l'état actuel, il a refoulé, la laine est toute feutrée, les manches sont trop courtes. Le manteau qui avait une belle ampleur avant de tomber entre mains est maintenant trop petit. Si c'est ça votre service professionnel ? C'est comme ça que vous veillez à la satisfaction de la clientèle?
