I have been going to Buanderie du Parc for more than 5 years. Despite having laundry available in my own building, I choose to travel the extra distance for the impeccable service offered by the owner. The dry cleaning service is excellent and fast. The owner has helped me to salvage a favorite winter jacket of mine which had become dirty to the point I thought I had to throw it out. They can do laundry by the pound if you don't have time to wait. The owner has also helped me to fix clothes through his tailor on many occasions at a very reasonable price. They also have very large laundry machines and driers available for when you need to do big loads. Aside from the great services, it's an additional bonus that the laundromat has wifi available, as well as a TV, to keep you occupied while you wait. The location is great with coffee shops, dollar stores, and the post office nearby if you need to run errands while you wait. On a final note about the owner himself: he is a very hard working and honest individual. He is a very nice guy who will do everything he can to help. There are times when you have a stain on a certain type of material that simply cannot be washed out. He will give it his all to remove that stain, and if it humanely possible, he will succeed! He is very generous, and actually establishes genuine relationships with his customers. Over the years, he has certainly become a good friend of mine, and has helped me on more than a few occasions. I highly recommend Buanderie du Parc to anyone! You will not regret your choice!

They really did a fantastic job with my clothes but the customer service I received really made my day. The owner is an incredibly kind person! I truly appreciate them. However, this isn’t a typical laundromat. It does not have industrial machines, meaning laundry will take a long time. This might be more costly than a normal laundromat since the dryer will take at least 3 times the time an industrial dryer would to dry clothes, which will cost much more.

We were in Montreal for vacation and needed to do laundry. I came in around 2pm to drop off a bag of clothes for wash and fold service and was able to pick up same-day before the shop closed at 7pm. The owner Hussein was incredibly kind! We had a little slip accident while hiking Mont Royal that resulted in my boyfriend’s sneakers being completely covered in mud. Hussein took the extra care to make sure the mud came out and the shoes look great now. If you’re in town and need a reliable spot for your laundry, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back if we return to Montreal.

A nice quiet, comfortable laundromat. Staff are friendly and helpful should you ask and are otherwise content to leave you to your laundry in peace which I really appreciate. I find their dryers are particularly efficient which is a huge plus as well.

Hussein is the BEST! I had ten bags of laundry for same day service, as myself and my colleagues were desperate for clean clothes after traveling. Hussein turned it around same day! What a welcoming place! Manager Ken was extremely helpful, explaining how to use the machines, the cost, how long washing and then drying would take and even how to fill in the time between steps. A great experience which cleaned our clothes but not our wallet!

Do not take any alterations here. They completely destroyed a pair of pants I brought in and were completely careless. Not real tailors, did not even know how to properly pin pants. I brought in two pairs of pants - one pair I just asked to be hemmed and the second both taken in/hemmed. They did not know how to pin for hemming, I essentially did it myself at the store (this turned out fine) but they decided to take in the one pair of pants based off of the size tag on the ones that fit me. Obviously sizing is arbitrary/not consistent between stores and secondly a size 26 is not 26” across the hips so the dress pants were way too small. Completely clueless. When they offered to fix the pants I specifically told them not to do anything until the actual tailor sees me in the pants. Two days later a received a text saying they had altered them again against my instruction. Need to take them another place to be fixed plus the woman was very resistant to take any money off of the bill for ruining my linen dress pants. Anything you value DO NOT TAKE HERE.

Drop your laundry and collect it after 2 to 3 hours washed and folded. This is actually quicker and fraction of the cost of doing your laundry at hotels.

This place is awesome! The owner was there before 10am and let me in early. He set me up with all the machines, set up all the money for me, put the detergent in. He was so helpful!! I went back the next day and a different person was working and he was there a little before 10 am and the door was open, he was the same friendly person as the owner, helped me with the dryers this time as I was under a time constraint the second day and told me which ones dried the clothes faster.

My first visit to Montreal and visited this Laundrette a week ago. Hussein is awesome, and welcomed me with a smile when I came in the door. Helped me with getting the machines going, Wi-Fi, and was happy to chat to me as we both turned out to be massive cricket fans. A friendly experience all round. Even let me drink a bev while I waited for my washing. Would go straight back here again in the future, even just to say hi. 25 mins for a load of washing. Under half hour to dry it. I stayed for the whole time but would feel safe popping out for a bit while my washing finished.
