I checked all those horrible reviews and was expecting the worst when going there, but actually the guy who was working there was polite and helped me to figure out how everything works. No complaints. Maybe that rude guy is no longer working there. The machines look okay.

machines are constantly breaking or are already broken, was told that i had to pay for repairs when one of them broke down on me, after flipping the fuse(like i had first suggested) all was normal. no refund, nothing. ive seen bedbugs in the building and staff is incredibly rude.

I come on the weekends and I see the weekend person that’s working here. He’s always polite, very nice, smiling, and always here to help me. We had some stains on my clothes, and he assisted to get them out. It’s a great place to do laundry! The only thing is that there are some large machines that very much need to be repaired. I have a busy schedule, and cannot always wait here for 30 minutes or more for a functioning machine to be available.

Man screamed at me for not having a mask while I had a scarf on. I'm pretty sure the law is to a face covering, so scarf is ok. The value of the place is good. 1.50 a load and 25c every 5 min for dryer

I usually had an ok experience here but last time I came, I witnessed the guy in charge being EXTREMELY rude, and borderline violent to an asian couple that tried to change their coins. I lost all respect for this place and will not be coming back.

I utilize this laundry every weekend and find it very clean. The person who works here on the weekend is polite, friendly, warm, always smiling and ready to help. I definitely would reccommend this place to anyone living around especially students who wanna save, come here, very affordable!

I come on a Saturday, staffs were nice, available for assistance, helped with changing money. They have drop-off services for a small fees in case you want to leave the laundry. Some machines are out of order however. Plenty of deps nearby available for a quick snack.

I loved this place because it had a washing machine big enough to wash the slip for my second hand couch. I dont remember if i dried it there, i think i was afraid to shrink it. They do have a dryer that's just as big.

I have to be honest, half the machines are broken, and a lot don't spin as well as they should. I'm friendly with the staff, though, been going there a while, and they like me, but the place, as a laundromat, could use a mechanic giving it a once-over. Their dry cleaning is off-site, but they will wash and fold your laundry for you. I think the place isn't well upkept because the owner is a very old man, and he hasn't delegated yet, maybe from fear of being ripped off as it's cash-only.

I come here on the weekends. This place is very nice and the people are very helpful to me all the time. They also provide a drop off service for small fee and which is really great. I've been to other laundry Mets and most of the places don't have all the machines working & I know it's a common thing so it's pretty normal w machines out of order. A lot of valuable stores like Starbucks and Adonis shop are really close to this place . Come down and try this service :)

I’ve been coming here for a year, ive meet the staff thy are very nice. They lady in the day and guy in the night, all have great service and are very nice. The only thing ive noticed is that some customers are very impatient and are not nice with the staff, i think this is due to the many broken machines, otherwise this place is amazing. Great prices, just please get thise broken machines fixed!

Pros: - Clean location with plenty of machines ($1.50 to wash, $0.25 for 10 mins of drying at high or low heat) - Able to buy laundry detergent there ($1.00) - Friendly staff who speak good English - Instructions for how to use machines very clear I came to this laundromat at around noon and it was very quiet. I can't imagine how busy it must get but there are a number of machines out of service or closed off. The staff seemed very hardworking to get dropped off laundry completed. No complaints!

Terrible experience there! My $20 bill was swallowed in the changing machine in the store, and I had to come back as instructed to collect the money. The employee yelled at me when I was only trying to explain the situation. I told him to calm down, he got even more angry, swashed the door and threw things. And told another customer who was trying to help me to “shut up your mouth and do your own laundry!” I have never encountered such a rude person in Canada!

I got amazing service from the guy who works there just amazing and this is coming from me who’s picky with customer service. There’s many machines that are out of service but I thing that’s to keep a distance from people. Very good prices too compared to other laundromats.

watch out, the last time for starting laundry is at 20:30h! it doesn't say ANYWHERE, but you are not allowed to start laundry later and you have to be out by 22:00h. The guy inside was very rude, too.

A warning to those with demanding work schedules and a penchant for company-client respect -- the manager working Saturday nights closes the buanderie at times that convenience him rather than the times he may announce earlier in the evening or the times listed on the google page/business sign. Beware of being the one to ask about this, as he is also prone to explosive fits of anger. My advice: Avoid eye contact to avoid outbursts.

One of the best places to do laundry I have experienced. Weekend staff is very attentive, helps with machines that I couldn’t have figured out myself! Recommended to some friends who recently moved in. Some large loads would be easier to wash in the big broken machines. A repair of those is the only improvement I can think of!

Guy oblige me to make a good review (see below) for having free washing and drying !! My real review is : -there is a money change machine for having 25 cents coins for washer and dryer. - around 30% of washers were out of order. What the guy oblige me to write : Drop off service leave your laundry and people do it for you Came on the weekend (atmosphere are very nice, people very friendly, polite, curious) and place is very clean.

Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at any business, ever! The weekend manager has some serious attitude/anger issues. He irrationally snapped at 3 different customers for unjustifiable reasons. How is this person still employed here? Never going back.

We come to this place a lot since it's cheap and the location is convenient. But the staff have major attitude issues. Especially the new guy who thinks he's still in the army and is on a total power trip. Saw him yelling at people for very reasonable requests (basically asking him to do his JOB). Avoid this place if you can. If you must come here wear headphones and don't engage with the staff or your day will be ruined.

The Bulgarian guy and lady are nice. The big guy is an idiot. Won't exchange coins with me so that I can use the machines. Machines are always broken. Dryers don't dry your clothes properly so you end up wasting money. The big guy won't give you your money back even though the machines are not working.

I have been coming here with my dry cleaning for a few years, without any issues. I will likely not go back however, after a terrible experience with the man who works here on weekends. I suspect I’m not the only one who has issues with him, based on the reviews. After I complained to him about a stain that was left after cleaning, he told me he didn’t know anything and to come back on a weekday when the usual manager is around (made no effort to offer to pass along the message himself). A few weeks went by, issue essentially resolved after I spoke with the dry cleaner to whom they sent the clothes... I go back on a weekend to drop off another item. The weekend “manager” is there. Without even looking at the item, he states that the cleaning won’t work. I was confused for a second before I realized he was patronizing me, and simply refusing to take the item out of spite for me asking about the stain last time (totally reasonable response on my part). His behaviour is unprofessional and dysregulated. I don’t think I’ve ever had a customer service experience that was so off-putting. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area I can go to. I can’t imagine the usual manager/?owner knows about this behaviour.

Ok this place needs major renovation and majority of the machine needs replacement. I’ve used the front load washer and the other old fashion top open washer neither cleans the dirt or stain his fabric softener is not blue it’s mixed with green n there is no scent to it once it’s done washing when your bout to take your cloths out there is major soap stain it’s worse on black clothing. For the amount I’m. Sure there is other laundry place you’ll get better cleaning done out of 20 dryers only 10 work
