The straw that broke the camel's back is that once the employee left, he texted me insults and then apologized by saying that he had the wrong number ... What a great proof of professionalism ! I am careful not to post what he sent me ... In short I very much regret my experience and I do not recommend this company. I dealt with another company to take over the work of the sofa ... En fait, j'essaie de trouver du positif dans chaque situation, mais là, cette entreprise a dépassé les bornes. J'ai décidé de faire affaires avec cette entreprise dans le but de faire détacher un divan qui avait eu de la bave de chien, ainsi qu'un matelas qui a avait des cernes jaunes causé par la sueur. Je lui ai décrit parfaitement la situation, nous avons communiqué par couriels, messages textes et par téléphone, il m'a assuré que ça pouvait partir, il m'a mentionné le type de produit, il m'a fait un estimé, j'ai été de l'avant... grossière erreure. Photo à l'appuie, résultat final, mon matelas avec pillow top en duvet est coupé/déchiré, les taches sont encore plus jaune/orange qu'avant (je la comprends pas), mon sofa est détrempé, toujours aussi taché, il m'a dit que c'est normal que ça parte pas, car c'est de la bave de chien?? Que ce n'est pas de sa faute si mon matelas (qui a 4 ans et qui m'a couté la peau des fesses) est supposément fini et que les tâches oranges sont de la pisse (euuhh?? wait what??) et que la pisse, ben c'est acide, donc ça a fragilisé le matériel et c'est pour ça que ça a déchiré. Il a dit qu'il me faisait le travail gratuitement en guise de dédommagement. Et qu'il s'est faite "crossé"... Quel travail?? C'est pire que c'était! La goutte qui a fait déborder le vase est que une fois que l'employé a quitté, il m'a texté des insultes pour ensuite s'excuser en disant qu'il s'était trompé de numéro... Quelle belle preuve de professionnalisme! Je me garde bien de pas poster ce qu'il m'a envoyé... Bref je regrette beaucoup mon expérience et je ne recommende pas cette entreprise. J'ai fait affaire avec une autre entreprise pour reprendre le travail du sofa... Curieusement, ceux-ci ont réussi à faire le travail sur les taches qui soit-disant, ne pouvaient partir...

Here is my full story: My partner wanted to have his beige-lined white dining room rug cleaned, so I found Alain Mailhot Cleaning Carpet Inc. online. I called and the owner sold me the dream. He was going to come home and make the carpet like new. I had two small spots to wash off and he was very confident. So I decided to do business with him. Big mistake! He introduced himself and my partner greeted him. He stomped around the dining room with his dirty, wet shoes and left my partner with a soggy carpet and a floor to clean. Not what we expected, but hey ... The next afternoon the rug started to dry and that's where it appeared YELLOW. When my partner called the owner to let him know about the situation, he denied the possibility of damaging the carpet. The latter showed up at his home without warning a few minutes later to see the carpet and decided to take it back to rewash it at his home. We went to retrieve the carpet the same evening, after it had just been cleaned again. The owner admitted it was his fault because he didn't suck it enough the first time around. He said he was confident and relieved that he had been able to correct his mistake, as he feared he would have to compensate us for the value of the carpet when he saw the results of his first cleaning. Two days later, the carpet was finally dry and still so yellow. My partner then contacted him again to explain the situation and ask him for compensation in vain. The owner told him he would come visit him the next morning and he never showed up. When my partner called him to find out when he was going to show up, the owner simply replied that his request was not reasonable and that they would see each other in small claims (???). In short, in order to have a clean carpet, we paid this company, then we had to condemn the carpet and buy a new one. If you've gotten this far in your reading, I guess you're doing your homework really well, so take my advice and invest your money in any other company. It couldn't be worse. If your carpet is white, beige or cream, do yourself a favor and turn around, unless you like yellow to the point of wanting it in your decor, but given that, a paint cane would cost you less . Voici mon histoire complète : Mon conjoint voulait faire nettoyer son tapis de salle-à-manger blanc ligné beige alors j’ai trouvé la compagnie Alain Mailhot Nettoyage Tapis Inc. en ligne. J’ai appelé et le propriétaire m’a vendu du rêve. Il allait se déplacer à domicile et rendre le tapis comme neuf. J’avais deux petites taches à faire partir et il était très confiant. J’ai donc décidé de faire affaires avec lui. Grossière erreur! Il s’est présenté et mon conjoint l’a accueilli. Il a piétiné la salle-à-manger avec ses chaussures sales et mouillées et il a laissé mon conjoint avec un tapis détrempé ainsi qu'un plancher à nettoyer. Pas ce à quoi on s'attendait, mais bon... Le lendemain après-midi, le tapis commençait à sécher et c’est là qu’il est apparu JAUNE. Quand mon conjoint a appelé le propriétaire pour lui faire part de la situation, il a nié la possibilité d’avoir abimé le tapis. Ce dernier s’est représenté chez lui sans préavis quelques minutes plus tard pour voir le tapis et il a décidé de le reprendre pour le relaver chez lui. Nous avons été récupérer le tapis le soir même, alors qu’il venait tout juste d'être nettoyé à nouveau. Le propriétaire a admis que c’était de sa faute parce qu’il ne l’aurait pas suffisamment aspiré la première fois. Il se disait confiant et soulagé d’avoir été en mesure de réparer son erreur, car il craignait devoir nous dédommager la valeur du tapis lorsqu'il a vu le résultat de son premier nettoyage. Le surlendemain, le tapis était enfin sec et toujours aussi jaune. Mon conjoint l’a alors recontacté pour lui expliquer la situation et lui demander le dédommagement en vain. Le propriétaire lui a rétorqué qu’il viendrait lui rendre visite le lendemain matin et il ne s’est jamais présenté. Lorsque mon conjoint lui a téléphoné pour savoir quand est-ce qu’il allait se présenter, le propriétaire lui a simplement répondu que sa demande n’était pas raisonnable et qu’ils se reverraient aux petites créances (???). En résumé, pour avoir un tapis propre, nous avons payé cette compagnie, puis nous avons été obligés de condamner le tapis et d’en racheter un nouveau. Si tu t’es rendu jusqu’ici dans ta lecture, je présume que tu fais vraiment bien tes devoirs alors suis mon conseil et va investir tes sous dans n’importe quelle autre compagnie. Ça ne pourra pas être pire. Si ton tapis est blanc, beige ou crème, rends-toi service et fais demi-tour, à moins d’aimer le jaune au point d’en vouloir dans ta déco, mais rendu-là, une canne de peinture te couterait moins cher.
