The team arrived promptly at 8am, and my wife answered. I came downstairs to find two young men standing less than 6ft away from my wife, without masks on. I promptly asked them to put masks on and one pulled one out of his pocket, while the other had to go back to the vehicle to get it. I informed them that my mother has stage 4 cancer and we’d like to see her this weekend. As someone who has made many sacrifices to respect the health and well-being of the community I was not happy to see this from Tino’s. The service was performed well, and the two young men were nice. Overall satisfied with the service, but disappointed that staff did not adhere to Provincial Law during a pandemic, and respect my family’s health and well-being.

A good job of cleaning the ducts. A noticeable difference in our house's air flow. And very timely, they finished in less time than was estimated. However; when you take instructions or emails, WRITE THEM DOWN AND READ THEM BACK TO CONFIRM. This is not a complaint, just an observation. If you don't do anything to confirm something and then get it wrong, that's on you! I'm happy with the service done, not so much with the "customer service".

Amazing service! We had just bought our new home in the summer and our pets decided to also mark their territory when we moved in. We did our best to clean it using a Home Depot professional carpet cleaner but unfortunately it didn’t do the trick. We called Tino’s and they provided us with immediate and professional service. I called up Tino in a desperate attempt to get somebody to clean the carpets in the house that we just moved into. Our move-in date was the same as their move out date so we had no time to renovate and we’re living on absolutely disgusting carpets. Not only was Tino able to help us, he literally got his team to come the next day after hours and squeezed us in. I am not kidding you when I said this disgusting carpet looked almost new. Very impressive! Tino's seems to have a better vacuum than other duct cleaning companies I've used in the past, and they used some sort of essential oil-based product to sanitize the ducts after they were cleaned out. The whole experience was a positive one!
