Used to be a great spot to do laundry but has just went down hill. Would be nice to see more effort put in to cleanliness of the laundry mat; owner could invest an hour a day to sweep the floor, dust and clean the grime from the walls, counters and children’s toys. The washroom is now locked and customers cannot even use a sink—I get people have taken advantage of the washroom but at least offer a sink to people doing laundry.

The machine are not good. It didn't clean the clothes, I put 4 cups of detergent. Some clothes are dry after wash. Don't visit here.

Worst place to come do laundry. It’s about my third time doing laundry here and the washers just eat your money, and when you call the number “the person your calling is not accepting calls”. There’s no bathroom there, nothing works.

Its a good place reasonable price on wash and dry but I'd like it if they could keep up the maintenance on the dryers thats my only issue is lack of making sure the dryers produce heat

Only used washers, worked fine. A few machines were down but there were only 2 or 3 other people at the time so no issue. Change machine as well as soap and dryer sheet dispenser, no idea if they worked as I brought all I needed with me. Not clean not dirty just well used. If you are looking for a place that is bright and shiny keep looking, if looking to get laundry done then good place.

machines always down. they charge a quarter to dry......you need almost 15 cycles for 1 full load....horrible

The new owners have done such a fantastic job renovating this laundry mat!! Ok shiplap, who doesn’t love that homey touch! It’s clean, and fresh. There are a ton of new washers and dryers and loads of space for folding clothes!! Cleaning is done daily and there’s free wifi!! Definitely recommend The Laundry Room Belleville!!

HUGE DIFFERENCE WITH OWNERSHIP!!! I have been going to this laundromat for years as it is very convenient for me but the difference in the store with a change of owners is unbelievable. The laundromat has received many upgrades including new machines. I had one question about the coin machine and the owners answers within minutes. Very much satisfied.

SKIP THIS PLACE. Run down machines. Half of them don't work and change machine doesn't put out the correct change needed for the machines that do work.

Terrible stinkin place , as well they let the dog store next door use all their machines to wash dog towels and what not from the grooming . Even stinks like wet dog in there

Tiny washing machines at $2.50 a load. One washer did not spin and the clothing were still completely soaked once the cycle was done. No staff on site to remedy situation. Many broken machines. Go elsewhere.
