I will never go back to this laundry mat!! They changed all pricing to over 3.75 starting cold water and go up 25 cents for warm or hot for 2 loader washer. The dryers are now 3 minutes for 25 cents and don't dry cloths unless you put 2 dollars in the lady told me. Then after spending all my money due to lack of drying I asked the lady for a bag to take my wet cloths home in to use my own dryer because they were not drying she told me she only had ones for 75 cents and to look in the recycle box in laundry mat.

Lots of machines available and they'll fold your laundry but you've got to pay too much for the dryers.

I have used this laundromat many times over the last 6 yrs. & like almost all other reviewers have said; the Staff are great, friendly, helpful, there are many machines depending on your needs, BIG machines for your King & Queen size comforters, single load machines or combining 2 loads into the front loaders, yes it is also very clean. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their hours of operation. I prefer to do my laundry in the evening when it has cooled down a bit (in the warmer months of course) & I find 9 or even 9:30 is not late enough. Through the week I strongly recommend & encourage the owner to consider keeping it open until 10:30 or 11:00pm as many people I have spoken with agree, for the convenience of all customers. I think the weekend hours are fine. ☺ Please consider this Charles & Dundas Coinwash. Sincerely, ~Kim Update; June 2/2018 I agree with other reviewers, Dryers definitely need to be updated. Coin Mechanism seems to be faulty on at least 3 Dryers...sometimes they work & sometimes they don't. Please Consider changing your hours in the summer months to 11pm, as it is sometimes far too hot to do laundry early. I know that you have lost business due to this fact. You used to be open until 10pm, now it's 9:30??

Front load washers with different load capacities up to 3x load. Self serve wash and fold, but they also have a drop off full service.

Employees don't wear masks, and when I asked if masks weren't required here, I was told that they were, but the guy with his hanging under his chin did t even bother to pull it up. Will never enter your building again.

have went to this Coinwash many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are always clean with a variety of machines to choose from. Have not used a laundromat in awhile but when I returned to this location I was happy to see the staff was so the same. Dry cleaning services also available.

Accidentally put quater in wrong drier machine. Sorry can't help you. Really??? Can't open till and give me a quater? Especially since you will most likely use it for other people's cloth to dry. All I can do is laugh makes no sense.

Laundromat service is fair I find. Excellent washers for comforters and big bed sheets. Dryers take 25 minutes to was a load, you divide up your laundry into 4 or 5 dryers that's your entire laundry dried in 25 minutes. Dry cleaners is an excellent service as well. I got my Triple Goose Canada jacket dry cleaned there (was very worried they would mess up the trim, nothing against them I had just never done this before) but I got the jacket back in 3 days trim was still natural looking, jacket was cleaned excellently, and it smelled clean. All for $28. Would definitely recommend this laundromat and dry cleaning service to anyone. Update to my review: sprained my ankle last night thanks to the big drop they have off the curb attached to their building. Driveway surface is also uneven. -2 stars.

As a business owner catering to air bnb properties in the area, we have been to a lot of laundromats. I was disgusted to find out after washing everything that you only get 3 minutes for a quarter on the dryers. 5 minutes is standard anywhere else and some places you get 6 minutes. I will not be coming back again.
