Bought a seasonal car wash pass for winters atleast 2-3 days a week, car wash wasn’t working. Yeah they give you a free wash receipt but it’s inconvenient.

Stopped using Petro-Canada as a whole because of this station. Customer service here is terrible, and any time you show up to use the car wash, it's always closed or broken or something! If you ask inside why the car wash is closed (no matter what time of day), they have no clue whatsoever.

Basic car wash was brutal. Didnt even take off bird droppings. Not impressed

Car wash was sufficient. Customer service sucked! My car wash receipt didn't print, continuously pressed to call button. After about a minute, in the cold, pressing the button, I go inside to see that the cashier was completely ignoring the call. Then when I explained the situation, he had the audacity to ask me if I'm sure I paid for it before checking his system. Once he saw it he said oh, printed it and handed to me. No apology, no compensation, not even have a good day.
