You need people to come on time to take their laundry out of the big washing machine I came into the laundry mat this morning and used the small ones and was just almost finished with drying all my stuff and the people came to take there laundry out when we were leaving lot of people were waiting not to mention the money that your losing thanks. ????????????

Has been dirty every time I've gone. (after I posted this review someone came and cleaned. Interesting) Gets extremely busy on the weekends. During weekday afternoons people just hang out in here waiting for buses, meeting friends, eating, doing their thing, who needs a mask? Normally cool, but not very cool right now is it? Update: one of the machines did not drain so I thought I would tell the owner to check on it. His response is that blankets break his machines and he has a notice to use the large machine. There are only two large machines so they are never available. This is the first time having this problem ever happen using laundromats all over for over a decade. Never before has a machine not drained when washing a blanket. Way to blame the customers for your machines.

The Laundry Machines work really good! But the place is not that tidy and would prefer if they had few baskets which we can use to transfer clothes from washer to dryer.

Its a laundromat, it's sometimes dirty & sometimes fairly clean, all depends on the amount of previous laundry goers doing laundry & there etiquette. It gets too hot inside during the summer months having no AC. You got machines that sometime steal your money, and on rare occasions the change machine will have no loonies and you will be left on having to get all quarters back, and that sucks when you only have a $20 bill. So basically everything you would expect from your local laundromat. Wish I had the luxury of owning a washer & dryer.

I come here usually late at night to avoid the crowds, facilities are kept pretty clean you definitely get an interesting cross section of people visiting the place. Prices are reasonable and the close proximity of the circle k is nice if you want a beverage or something to eat while you wait , parking lot holds quite a few cars so parking has never been an issue for me

Great place! 24 hours is awesome. Saved me when I could not do laundry at home. Some of the machines are a bit dirty, but overall they work well. In fact, they are better than some other places I've been at with only day hours. A definite recommendation!! If you expected super clean machines, remember, these are shared 24 hours a day.

The first washing machine I tried only took one loonie but require $3 to work. It did not take anymore money, nor wilould it return my dollar. When I put a $2 in the change machine to try another washer, the machine stole my $2. There is no number to call to have someone look at the machines or return lost money. At least one other person in the laundry had the change machine steal their money as well.

Worst experience ever my 4 year daughter colthes were stolen.i reported it to the management and ask for the surveillance and they did not seem to care about it which was disappointing. Will never return

Good equipment, the place is a bit run down but hey, I just need to wash my stuff. It has an automatic lock door, it closes right at 9:30pm and unlocks at 6am so you have to stay with your clothes at night or you run the risk of having to leave your laundry overnight

It's open 24.hours. close to my home. Very tidy. Good machines. Fair prices... the location might not be ideal and some characters are questionable that go in at nighttime. Change machines on site make it easy.

Place is a joke. The machines literally use about two cups of water per wash. I've never seen such a cheap place with low water levels.

Went there about 2pm, and had the place to myself. No problems with machines, and the prices are competitive. Was finished a full load in under an hour. The front façade could use a freshening up, but the interior was clean and looked-after.

Very well maintained location, Wayne does a fantastic job. Always clean, not usually too busy. Loads of machines (haha pun intended) and so much cheaper than using apartment building appliances. A god send to be down the street from it.

The machines work well; the dryers tend to shred my towels though. I was separating my clothing out of the washer (I hang dry somethings at home) and b/c one more person wanted the washer I had been using the owner DARED to reach into the machine I was emptying and tried to take my clothes out. I stopped him and told him that was terrible customer service. He, and the next customer, could have had more patience. An extra minute of your day is totally doable. Too bad this is the closest laundromat to my place. I will never go on the weekend again. Terrible customer service. Actually quite embarrassing to be rushed out like that. I don't recommend it.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Machines are terrible. They either eat your money or don't accept it at all. No one cleans the machines. And it doesn't matter if you press hot or cold water the machine will pick for you. The dryer doors also don't stay shut. Machines are always broken. Change Machines are usually out of money. Don't waste your time coming here.

Pretty much the same as every other coin laundry. They have change and soap machines. The laundry is average priced. People were quiet, kept to them selves, and wore face masks. There is a convenience store across the road that has an ATM and snacks.

Pros: Good working machines Clean environment. Friendly people inside. Helped me when I didn't know how to operate. Cons: Someone said they don't leave their laundry and go away due to security problems. I haven't noticed that first hand so cannot comment. Overall, a good laundry with everything necessary to do the job.
