Just in town briefly visiting my son, and I had a ton of laundry to do as where I live there are no nearby places, so I usually travel an hour to either Parrry Sound or Sudbury. I was very pleased to find this facility that offered clean premises, excellent machines in good working order, and prices MUCH lower than I haven't to pay up north! The extended hours were an additional and welcome bonus. I'll definitely bring laundry here again when I'm in town visiting!

To the Owner be mindful of whom is working for you. I will no longer be spending my money here after being a loyal customer. As much as I need my dress suits taken care of. I have witnessed the Manager (older lady with dark brunette hair medium/plus size build) behave in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards non-white customers, who spend their money to have their clothing serviced. She is a racist, I have to call a spade a spade. I have seen too many situations that are transparent. These are not the type of people you hire, when they are asking every Black, Asian, or practically non white customer "Why ya here you here? You gonna do ya laundry". When they clearly have laundry in their hands and cash.... When she is scowling at them periodically and making a spectacle of herself... When they feel uncomfortable enough to simply walk out and leave because she is loud and obnoxious, costing a business loss. It seems this behaviour is displayed towards young-adult appearing minority customers, so she feels brave, and emboldened to act in a very ignorant manner. The last time I checked, money is green and your business is your reputation. This woman arrives on site wearing loose T-shirts with no bra, messy hair, and a crass attitude. Its an embarrassment. She should be fired before someone feels so slighted to the point it becomes a legal issue. She is a high risk liability, and a poor representation of all the stereotypes we try to fight as Barrie Citizens. It is classless and morally incorrect. Lastly, the Machines are occasionally not in service when there are high volume time frames. The Washing machines smell like mildew very often. I will be taking my business elsewhere to the other coin laundry across town. I am sorry I cannot deal with her ignorance and support a business that does God be with you.

Worst laundromat, save your time and money!!! Ate all my coins and then I was told it’s my fault for their machine eating my money!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to the laundry mart for the first time to do laundry, the water didn't drain off my clothes even though my clothes were just at the middle and not to the very top...I had to squeeze out the water with my hand and my pant also got stuck in the machine and I couldn't removed it. I called for assistance and the guy I spoke to was very rude and demeaning to me. It was a very bad experience so I'm never going there and I'm telling all my friends to never go there.

My goto place from now on , very clean, the staff cleans everything up in the morning. I like this place for the top loader washers with the actual agitators , they do have the new style too but for me this is why I come .

Good place with reasonable price for laundry.They have heavy load machines costs 6$ and light load machines costs 2.50$ for washing clothes.They have dryer for 0.25$ for 5 minutes.one more interesting thing is if you have no change no need to worry take the bill they have coin machine you can get the change.They recently started free WiFi as well.Nice and clean place.open until midnight.

Staff did not use face covering strictly. Surfaces seem to not be swiped frequently like in other businesses and the inside of some machines look like they haven’t got maintenance in months (or longer). Overall, I don’t feel comfortable coming back as I think it is not really COVID safe.

Expensive! 6$ for a front load wash, 2.50$ for a top load wash and machines from the 70s.

New machines, clean ,very friendly staffs however did not like the fact that some of the staff not wearing mask considering the current crazy COVID19 situation. Other than that this place is perfect.

This laundromat is older one but we'll kept and prices not bad. For small loads have older but good Maytag washers that are only 2.50 a wash. Good place for laundry. Robert W Martin Barrie ontario. I have been using this laundromat for over 10 years. The owners are always either on site or just a quick call away. It is clean and pricing is decent.

Had to bring parkas and some large items to wash that we couldnt manage in our machine at home. Facility was very clean. Main issue was the fact that quite a few machines were out of service but didnt have signage stating that. It can get very hot with the dryers going, there is a wedge for the door, USE IT. lol you will thank me for it! There is a change machine on site but it was a pain having to keep making smaller increments. Make sure you take change in quarters and loonies as that seems to be what the machines generally accept.

I came here once, and witnessed management being unprofessional towards a lady who had a noticeable accent. French or maybe Haitian accent but her English was clear as day. Awkward situation. I got my stuff out of the dryer and left. These people seem to forget French is also an official language and think they're above others running a very dated laundromat. No common sense lol.

Had to use the facility for 2 weeks while our dryer was being repaired. Fast hot dryers, zero wait, well priced. I was coming in with 6+laundry hampers full and was done and folded in under an hour, always. Can't comment on the washers because I didn't need to use them.

Easily accessible. Super helpful and courteous staff and VERY clean. I took my comforter there to clean and dry in the big industrial machines. Super fast, cheap, and the comforter turned amazing!

Great place. The front load machine does 4 load of laundry at once for $6 and the large dryers are done in half the time of a regular machine. The owner is very friendly and helpful as well.

Half of the machines do not accept the coins or return them Have to bang on the coin collector for it to accept change SECOND time of of their dryers door opened and caused the machine to stop while continuing to count down the timer causing 45mins wasted having to wait for my clothes to dry again Contacted the owner and instead of acknowledging the issue proceeded to tell me nothing is wrong with his machine as he does 15000 loads a year and has never had an issue, find that hard to believe as this is the second time their machine has malfunctioned and caused me to completely waste my time Would recommend "My Sunshine Laundromat" down the road owner at this establishment is a complete A## Hole will not be using their facilities anymore User beware !

Good but not great, washers are good, dryers are bad,the door latches keeps opening , a vending machine would be great addition.. no clear Instructions on how to use the different dryer programs.. overall its just average nothing special.

Just used for the first time. Did 5 normal loads and a big one, 23.50 Still need to pay for drying but that will be far less no problem. When the big washer asked if I wanted to add extra wash time for dollar I thought sure. But by the time I added the dollar the washing machine would not add the time taking the dollar for free instead. Based on a recent review about a dollar, I am not even going to try and contact the owner to discuss the matter, I have bigger and more important things in life; plus I have enough money. Not a big deal for me, I'm only here because my washer stopped working. Have a new samsung 5.8 cubic foot HE $1'000.00 smart washer coming next week and I'll only end up bringing the most soiled and heavy things here in the future anyways

Very clean, lots of big machines that can fit huge loads. The lady running the place is very personable and helpful! Coin machine and detergent is available also. Some other review was complaining that there are some machines out of orde, and there are a few, but there are plenty of functional machines available and they are very fast.

Place has signs asking patrons to wear masks. It would be nice if the terribly rude staff set an example. I guess it's hard to stick your nose in other people's business when your have a mask on. Mask up, shut up, let me do my laundry without your input and saliva.
