The owner (Dorothy) and her family are all incredibly sweet, and professional. They all make you feel welcomed, as well as valued. Great Drycleaners Facility! Its a fsmily business and everyone there is super nice and accommodating. Whenever i need my clothes done for next day they always say yes and make sure it's done. Good quality cleaning and good prices. Best drycleaners ive been to. 5 stars.

I've recently moved into the area and found the business via Google Maps. I usually get shirts laundered from them and find them to be on time with their promises and shirts cleaned well and ironed. Their prices are reasonable and service is good. I usually forget to bring my slip and the owners are kind enough to let me look through their stack and find my shirts. I recommend them and will continue to go there...

Great prices, and great service and turnaround time! No credit (only debit or cash) is the only downside, but that's minor. Also do alterations right there and have a relatively good turn around time on those.

These guys are thugs. I recently had a very horrible experience. Went there for a dry-clean on Saturday, the lady quoted me $10+tax for that and asked me to pickup on coming Tuesday. Went there on Tuesday for pickup; after having me wait there for 20 mins another lady told me that my coat has not been dry-cleaned yettttt and I have to come back on Friday... Seriously??? Anyhow I went there again on Friday, coat was dry cleaned but she asked me for $14.99+tax. I showed her my receipt where it was clearly mentioned $10. She told me that other employee quoted wrong price and if I want the coat I would have to pay $16.94 ($14.99+$1.95tax) and if I have any issues with that I can talk to the owner Tony... Really??? Instead of compensating me for the delay she was overcharging me... What a ridiculous customer service. There was a senior customer ahead of me in line and he had similar issue. Stupid lady rudely told him to come back on Monday morning and talk to owner... How pathetic??? Since I was already late for a party and did not want to argue with that arrogant lady; I paid her $16.94 and walked away. Following week, I called them for exactly 27 times to get a hold of owner Tony, every time I was told "he just left", "call again in the morning", "call again in the evening", what the hell??? What kind of pathetic customer service is that? What an awful way to overcharge customers? My advice; stay away from these thugs, better go to a place where they respect your time and money. This place is a complete rip-off. They are only nice as long as you give them what they ask for.
