I was just here this afternoon. Im leaving a review because the staff member was rude to me on dropping off and questioned me about just using the dryer. Upon coming back she said i need to be on time for pick up. This is not noted anywhere in the business in writing. Needless to say i can take my business elsewhere and wont be back.

Had a difficult chore with duvet and 2 pillows. 100% down. Took longer. They phoned to let me know. But didn't charge. Customer service....finally shows itself here. Highly recommend. Will take my dry/special cleaning here ALWAYS. Thanks so much in getting this done.

Clean. Quiet. Mostly use the dryers(way cheaper than the ones at my apartment building) they dry better than other laundry places I've tried

Overpriced, some dryers don't work well. When I was there one of the washers was flooding the floor. Not very many baskets and there wasn't a debit machine.

I went here because it says they have large washers that can wash duvets. I went out to do some things while it washed, in the biggest machine they had, that cost 10 dollars and didnt fit the duvet very well. When I came back the lady had taken it out "so other people could use the washer" even though it was empty when I got back. I think ether the machine couldnt handle the duvet and it didnt work properly or she just took it out before it was done. It looks and smells dirtier than when It went in and somehow seemed wetter than when I put it Into one of their smaller dryers. all the large dryers were in use so I had to take it elsewhere to dry. Wont be back.

All new machines, but they are smaller than expected and cost more. The washers don't go as long as expected. The dryer - even though you pay for 40 minutes, it will only run for 30 minutes. Also the dryer did not even become warm, so my clothes were still wet- on top of being ripped off on the length of time it ran. The staff were pleasant, but there is no refund. And their pleasantness doesn't make up for the fact that you are getting ripped off.

What's not to like, it's a laundromat! The lady at the desk was patient with us tourists and the place was clean and tidy. $5 for a triple load and $3 for a double (regular) Driers are 25¢/5mins

This was my first time at a laundromat and I would go back. The owners were very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions that I had. They had a large selection of machines that were reasonably priced. I would recommend for people looking to do a quick wash or wanting to drop their clothes off!

Compared to a lot of the facilities that I've had the chance to experience, this would have to be the best so far. Clean facility. The helpful, friendly attendant makes sure of it (he's constantly cleaning). Various sizes of washers and dryers to fulfill your needs. The location is pretty good, and it's relatively easy to park.

I have been washing and drying my blanket her for a while, never had a problem. I get a different staff member and all of a sudden it's to heavy for the dryer. My blanket gets taken out and left in a heap of wet. Things shouldn't change with different employees

This was my second time going and it was a pleasant experience. The asian man at the front was a gentlemen and wasn't afraid to lend a helping hand. Very quiet and clean. Good service. I will try the drop off the next time I come.

Very rude towards myself as a customer asking what the hours of operation were. But maybe that is standard practice for a coin laundry, this was the first laundromat I had ever been to.
