Brought my faux fur jacket for dry cleaning. Staff was friendly over the phone and in person. My jacket was looking and smelling clean. There might be a line up though. Would be best to come after lunch or just before closing.

I come here once a week to do my laundry its a great place. Owners are very wonderful people. My only complaint is i think thy need to make a few changes.Add some comfortable furniture to sit on we are there for a while and the seating they have is AWFUL. Also maybe ad a TV

If I could, I would give the people who work here/ own this place a MINUS 5 STAR RATING!!! I drive an 18 wheeler, so there was no close place to park. I was going to use one of their rolling carts to bring my things in so I could wash. The man CHASED me down yelling something I couldn't understand...And SNATCHED the thing from me!!! No thank u...I can be treated badly for free. I'll take my laundry and my business elsewhere! I'll also be posting this on our truckers FB page.

I've been coming to this place for years and not once have I had a bad experience. Wifi is strong, and they don't mind if you plug your phone in to charge or whatnot. The only laundromat I'll use in the city.

I have never heard of a laundry whose staff doesn't switch over your laundry from the washer to the dryer much less charge $4 for the convenience...and the young kid was so unwilling to do so even for that much. I dont recommend.this laundry for any weary travellers

The staff are always super friendly and eager to help if you're having problems with machines or getting stains out of clothes. They keep the place very clean too, which can't be said for a few other laundromats I've been to. And to people who complained about not being able to take the cart out, they specifically put risers on them that can't go past the doors because they don't want them taken out of the building. You probably should have asked first.

Conveniently accessible by transit via Chinook station by taking route 23. Big clean facility with lots of washers and dryers. Small, medium and large capacity washers priced at 3$/5$/6$. Large and extra large dryer's. Large dryer's priced at 25¢/4 minutes. Laundry supplies available including single use. Coffee, Pop and snacks available as well. Dropoff laundry service, drycleaning and clothing repair/alteration also offered.

Not too busy, was able to wash 7 loads of laundry in the small washers all at once, dryers was a bit difficult just due to everyone drying things around the same time. One of the machine doors wouldn't open even though it was done the wash load and my boyfriend and I were struggling to try and open the door and without going to ask an attendant came by and let us know that the motor was still running and to wait a few more minutes and the door would unlock. Very attentive to the customer needs without being asked. Wow. We were also greeted upon entering. They do offer the laundry roll racks for customer use but I would suggest to bring your own hangers as they aren't provided if that would be something that you are using. Double loaders run at 3.00 per and tripple loaders run at 6.00 per. 1 dollar adds 16 minutes on the driers or. 25¢ adds 3 minutes. Would go again.

Staff are friendly and helpful, but the place itself is not that great. No ATM, no change machine, no indication of correct load sizes. Washers take loonies while dryers take quarters. I put a triple load into a dryer, it easily fit inside but then the door kept coming open. Apparently because my load was too big, I should have split it in two or used a bigger dryer. Too bad I already fed my quarters in, I had no way of knowing beforehand. No signage, the bigger dryers are in a completely separate section of the laundromat. I also had no way of knowing beforehand that the triple size washer was $8 instead of $3. As I said though, the staff were very good for helping me figure everything out. Would not likely come here again though with a big load.

I'm am travelling from Arizona to Alaska. Stopped here to do laundry. The two ladies working here were so helpful that I would add them to my Christmas list if I lived in the area. Because of another reviewer, I walked in thinking they would try and nickel and dime me. Now I'm embarrassed: they did not react to my suspicious attitude but were kind and sweet. I don't know how their prices compare but I was happy to pay by the time I got done. They are cheaper than the laundry mat we used in Waterton. The WIFI was great. I could play YouTube videos. If you are local, they take debit cards. We didn't have cash and they wouldn't take our credit cards but they were patient with us while we left our clothes washing to go find an ATM.

Since 2018 I have been going to Glenmore Coin Laundry and Dry Cleaning. Everytime I have found the staff and owner of the facality have been very professional, kind and helpful. They answered all my questions. On my last visit on Feb 04, 2022, the owner (sorry I don't recall his name) offered his assitance helping me launder all of my massage linen. It took me about 3 hours to complete the task. He helped me by putting the soap, bleach, softerner in each machine to get them all started on time ( I was using the max load washing machines). He then explained to me why the newer dryers were the best to dry everything quickly. I thought the wet linen needed another spin to get a more damp feel, but he explained it is fine as it will help the clothes dry faster and he was right, it only took 30 minutes for bulky towels, sheets, face cloths, hand towels, etc. I highly recommend Glenmore Coin Laundry and Dry Cleaning, as they have an abundance of washing machines (in various load capacities) and dryers, are able to provide change for the machines and all the products you need to wash and dry your clothes.

LOVE IT! i went today to wash a comforter and had an amazing experience. attendant was super nice. i dry clean that comforter before (tower cleaners) for 52 dlls and it come very bad in structure of the stuff. I wash clean it today here and smells and looks just perfect for 14 dlls max.

Best laundromat I have been to! Visited tonight with a ton of towels and other laundry. Every machine was working and I was able to tackle 19 loads of laundry in about 1.25 hours. Clean facility, machines work great, and comfy seating. The staff was awesome and super helpful, I noticed he took the time to sanitize each machine after use.

I came in with something slood-stained and asked how much the stain removal would cost. Instead of charging me, the owner came over and helped me remove the stain. He gave me detailed instruction and helped out. I came expecting a totally different experience. Both the laundromat attendants were incredibly personable and helpful.
