This laundry is my favorite place when I need to do laundry, the machines are maintained regularly and the cost is more than fair. I have been going to this laundromat for 3+ years & have had no issues with anything. They offer a drop off service along with a mini snack bar & on site washroom & the best of all an internet connection while you do your laundry.

Went to several other laundromats at 7 p.m, they were closed. This one was open. Clean. Washers did a great job. Dryers were fantastic. Four quarters and done.

Very clean business , friendly owners but they close at 5:30 it use to be 8 then 7 now it's 5:30 like any business these days you should call to make sure of the hours before going there ????

Very friendly place to drop off or get your laundry done. I drop my laundry off here often. A couple hours or over night very reasonably priced. Fresh and neatly folded. Very sweet kind staff.

Definitely gets the job done. Small washers are $6, medium washers $9, large washers are $11 (loonies only). The owner makes change for you. The dryers are 25 cents per 4 minutes (quarters only). There's a washer specifically for rig/industrial clothes that's $8. The owner tries to push drop off service ($22 for a comforter, $4 for a dress shirt, etc.) so just be aware.

Washing a King size comforter in a triple load machine. Should have washed no problem. Lady watched me load it and said nothing about the machine so called being to small. Once the wash was complete she said it was to small . I questioned her why she never said anything while I was loading it but of course she played stupid. ( I could not understand her at all) Another worker just starting work said it was to small and never had enough water to wash. Come on....these are industrial machines not machines you buy at Lowes or Home Depot. When asked if they would wash again with them covering some of the cost in a bigger machine....I got nothing. So in the end it costed $15 to wash. Shame on you as a business. I'll never be back again and I'll NEVER tell people to go here.

Oh they're very kind people let me use the bathroom even though clothes to the public and yeah very helpful and I'd recommend going there. The washing machines are $6 and then $5 ones are currently broken right now but are being fixed and the dryers are only 25 cents. So in my opinion I think that it is a good laundry service.

Great place & great people! But make sure you have a lot of time, unless you want them to short & clean you're laundry for you! Also take you're loonies for the washer! They do provide change, at the till! Also if you forget to bring detergents, they have on hand plus frabic softener; to bounce or fleece! And bring quarters for the dryer! They provide chairs to sit in while waiting for your laundry & a table to fold it on! Plus a public bathroom, if it's not in use or out of order!

I am visiting Edmonton and staying in one of West Edmonton hotels. This laundry is less than 5 minutes from many hotels. You can even go shop at near by super store and come back. Friendly service. Clean place. They can help with change and sell you different types of detergents. Many heavy duty washers and dries. A lot of space for you to fold your cloths. Not too much busy. As a bonus, there is a free WiFi...so that you can surf internet while waiting.

I’ve been using this laundromat for several months and have had so many conveniences doing my laundry here! Most of all, this place is open everyday and always open on time (in other places they were not open on time on occasions and it pretty bothered me). Also, it is always clean and offers unlimited wifi and plenty of seats. Most importantly, I never had any problem with a machine here! Machines here always spin out really well and never left my clothes soaked, and my clothes come out very clean. Plus, on pretty much every visit, I find the staff is very accommodating, as well as friendly and helpful. Once I’ve had an issue with a dryer and the staff was really quick and kind to solve the problem. I will definitely continue to visit this laundromat as far in the future as I can predict and I recommend this place for anyone who looks for a reliable and pleasurable place to get things clean.

Great service, we were staying at a hotel that didn't have laundry on site so we looked up top rated laundry service near us and this popped up. We went there going to 3pm, and she was so helpful and because we traveled the next morning at 5am she was able to assist us even though they closed at 4pm. Highly recommend and great price.

Cheap laundry service, cause I hate doing h my own laundry. They also wash coveralls, thank God lol, life is pretty easy with carmels around, same day service if you show up early enough.

There are plenty of washers & dryers available for use in this facility . Various types/sizes for your needs, so there is no need to have to wait for a machine. The best thing is that there is someone on site at all times, just in case you require help or change for the machines. Public washroom on site. Parking is Free , but limited , however I have never had a problem at any of my visits.

Overall, I really like this laundromat. Cheapest place to do laundry as well as use drop-off. Esp., the drop-off service has never disappointed me, in addition to the fact that it’s also way cheaper than any other place around here. Tai and Daisy, a couple who has owned the laundromat, are always smiling and welcoming me (and sometimes they share free snacks and/or coffee! That's my favvoorrite). I'm beyond excited to visit Carmel’s and chit chat with them.

The machines have recently been fixed and work excellently, my clothes are always so clean after a wash and dry here. I only go in the evenings and the service is wonderful. Specifically the middle aged Asian woman I see is so kind and I see her diligently washing the sinks and other areas every time i go. It's great to have somewhere this reliable and clean to turn to!

Used the "large" washer Paid 11$ for a washer not much larger than mine at home and 6$ for a medium washer as mine currently broke down a few days ago so had no choice but to go to a laundromat. All the washers reaked like cigarettes from previous users and seemed murky. Cycle was only 23 MINUTES half the time of a regular wash barley cleaned my clothes and left them smelling the same even with extra detergent. Only bonus was the massive industrial dryer for strangely only 25cents for every 4 minutes it worked great but the washers were too used and dont seem like they get cleaned. The place was average and what youd expect for a laundromat down the road from JasperPlace but just overall disatisfied with the cost and cleanliness of my clothes in the end.

The establishment is very clean, I saw with my own eyes the staff cleaning all of the washers. Super clean and the machine works very well. There was an attendant there who was very helpful and friendly. Plus, big folding tables!! It seems they offer a drop off service as well. This place will be for sure my weekly laundry comeback.

Right now because of Covid you have to sit in your vehicle while the load is washing and drying. I was the only person there at the time and l dont feel it was fair to have to sit in my car due to it was cold out and had to have my car running off and on to keep warm.
