The regular place I go to was closed, so I ventured in to wash two duvets. The place has lots of machines and comparable price to others. The lady working was very helpful. Great customer service! Will definitely be back, and highly recommend for a local laundromat.

Best Laundromat in the Park. I was going somewhere else at first, when they were closed for a short time I tried Broadmoor Coin. It's kept very clean. I appreciate that they have plants, a table, newspapers, and plenty of seating for the wait. Mandeep, the owner, is usually there when I go. She has always been friendly and helpful with service. I usually wash the clothes and run errands then come back. I've never had a problem leaving them unattended. When I was in a pickle and showed up late, she stayed extra for me to finish the wash. I really appreciate service with a smile and to support small businesses. If you need any laundry service, I'd check this place out first!

I use Broadmoor Coin Laundry as a laundry service for my business. I drop my laundry off and it is always ready on time, as well as nicely folded. The environment is clean and orderly too. I really appreciate the staff. They are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

Really great machines. Huge washers that fit my massive Ugg comforter and dried it well. The washer was a bit expensive but it's not like I'm using it weekly.

Have not been in two decades. Was so happy it was still open. The process was way faster than I thought, I did my entire home laundry in about 2 hours. They provided me with change. Was just so grateful for their services still being open in Sherwood Park ????. Thanks!

Pretty pricey to do laundry here especially if you are washing blankets and using the larger sized washers.

Just found out that since Jan 2017 the owner has been changed.Very friendly staff and the service is superb. I went there many times to wash my duvets. Never had any issues. They do offer dry cleaning and alterations services as well. I would highly recommend this place.

Would have been REALLY helpful if you update your business hours!! Googled the closing time, which was 7pm. Arrived at 5:30 and its closed with TWO DIFFERENT SIGNS IN THE WINDOW!!

Terrible customer service, the washing machine left a grease stain on my clothes. Also had drop-off service for some items, they took 4 days longer than expected, and when I came to pick them up the bill was 50% more in made-up surcharges than it should have been and they would not release my laundry back without paying it. Also they only accept cash, some of which I'm sure goes unreported to the CRA. It's a shady establishment, their machines may wreck your clothing, and don't be surprised if they hold your items hostage if you don't pay whatever imaginary charges they decide to tack onto your bill. Do not even give this a shot - it's worth the time to go elsewhere if this just happens to be the closest option.

Nice and clean. You can wash your own, or leave and staff will do it for you! Just leave and pick it up later, Love this, especially if busy lives. Large machine for bulky items like blankets, etc. Forgot your soap..they have soap, bleach, etc to purchase. Friendly staff too.

Haven't been in a laundromat for ages. Got great help with working the machines and which ones best for bedding I needed cleaning. Prices are fair and machines are clean. I'd recommend Broadmour Laundromat for sure!

This is by far the better laundromat in Sherwood Park. I used to manage a laundromat years ago and am very particular and have found this place always clean, always organized and exceptional, friendly staff. The rates and costs are very reasonable and better than anywhere else in the Park. They have lots of parking and lots of soap etc in case you do not have your own. I would absolutely recommend this place over any others!

Great service feel at home place. Machines very good and fast. Creators of strip mall very smart having a laundromat , a bar , and daycare there. One of the best( non web dating sites) ways for singles parents to meet and mingle .
