The place is clean and well maintained. Our clothes always come out nice and clean. The lady that works there is very nice and helpful! I had my 9 month old son with me and she didn't hesitate to stop what she was doing to help me and carried my laundry basket! Even told me not to be afraid to ask for help. .something she didn't need to do but wanted to. :)

We finally got our tumble dryer fixed but I’d like to say a big thanks to the owners of this safe and efficient laundrette. For a safe place (they have security cameras!) and supervision by a cute lady, this place became our go-to to get our laundry done. I noticed next door is setting up a convenience store, so when that is ready to go, you’ll have somewhere not only to do your laundry safely but somewhere to grab a much needed snack and drink while you wait.

Came in to wash a king duvet (synthetic). Large capacity wash was $7 in loonies (35 minutes). Large capacity dry was $2.25 in quarters for 36 minutes. It took about 50 mins to dry my comforter, so total trip cost about $10.50. Change machine worked great. Staff was super friendly. I’ll be back!

Place was fairly clean with folding tables. The dryers on the back wall weren't very hot and there were many broken washer and dryers. It would also be nice to have carts to move laundry from washer to dryer.

Be careful the doors automatically lock well before the listed time of 10.00 pm .If nobody is inside to let you in you are left out on the street looking in at your laundry. Very irritating.I hope the owners change the timer so that clients are no longer inconvenienced this way. The place is otherwise clean although the owners do not speak much English and communication is often very difficult!

Great coin laundry to do large items such as duvets etc. Great price...the triple loaders were $2.00 cheaper per load than the other place I used to go do. Also the lady working there is very friendly, the equipment is kept clean and well maintained.

BEWARE! We took 4 down filled jackets to Bowness Laundromat November 16/21 to be dried after first washing them by hand at home. The jackets came out of the dryer covered in grease stains. We showed the person working there, who denied the stains were from the dryer. No apology. Hundreds of $$ of down jackets ruined! These jackets had no grease stains prior to using this laundromat. I would never use this laundromat again! Even one star is too much when 4 expensive jackets are ruined!

Great place to stay and wash plus have dry cleaning done, owners are on the premises and keep it very clean but i'm now disappointed that they have reduced the drying time, it is no longer 5 minutes for .25, now is 4 minutes!! Due to the carbon tax. Nothing seems to stay the same, Still a very good place to do your laundry or drop off your wash & dry cleaning!!

Great staff friendly, and very helpfull. Alot of oversize machines. Clean environment parking is limited, but that's due to 7-11 being right next door(which is a bonus)

Clean and bright. Plenty of machines to use (I usually visited during the afternoons). Nice wide counters to fold laundry on post wash and dry. The owner was always very kind.

Very clean and machines are always all functioning. Wide variety of washing machines for different laundering needs including dry cleaning. Staff are always friendly and helpful. By far the best laundry mat I've ever been in and in my opinion the only good thing bowness has going for it besides Angels drive thru.
