I came in late and I didn't realize but they were already closed. Started washing my truck and then went for change. That's when I talked to the worker. He was so nice gave me change let me finish and then he closed up. Pretty solid in my books.

Space is VERY clean. Most machines are operating. There are several of the large capacity washers here that are definitely large enough for king comforters, sleeping bags and other bulky items like that. The attendant is very helpful and quick to assist you should the need arise. There is both a cashier here during regular hours and a change machine. The dryers all take quarters and the washing machines take loonies.

Good washers & dryers but unprofessional management. Everybody knows how to use washing machines. However they would insist to use 70% of space which in their terms "use less than 60% space and multiple machines so we can suck more money out of you". Even if you got fluffy clothes they would come and tell you do not put more clothes. Never going back to this place.

The best in the city. When we lost our washer and dryer we searched for a place we could go that wasn't run down, had solid, working machines, nice and helpful staff, and was all around a great place.... It seemed impossible to find until we found this place. They take care in their business and there is not enough of that around. Their hours are also super convenient. They open at 7am, nice and early. We move in June, and our new place has a laundry system. I can guarantee that I will still come to this place to wash our blankets and other larger things. Thanks Big Wash!!!

It's a convenient place to bring laundry. Entry is northbound on Memorial because of divided road. Clean and staff that keep it tidy.

Don’t go here if you want to be told how to do your laundry and kicked out when your clothes are half way dried because you refuse to be scammed out of your money by fitting what you can into the machines.

That's my first time here. Small load $4, medium $6, large load $9. To dry the loads every 16 min is $1. And if you need detergent 1 cup detergent is $1. For washing you need loonies and dryer quarters.

I will say it's clean. My issue is that they watch over your shoulder and come tell you if they think you have to much in the machines. I was throwing my pj's in the dryer and she told me to split them into 2 machines. Then when I went to put clothes in another dryer I left it open to add a few more items that didn't dry in another machine and she came and closed the door. I do not like someone to tell me how to do laundry and watch me the whole time in there. Very uncomfortable. I've been doing laundry over 40 years come on ...

Don't wash your clothes here the machines are more then anywhere else and the lady that runs it follows you around and makes sure she checks how much and what you put on the machines before your allowed to start them......HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

First time coming here to wash my extremely thick king comforter, i googled lots of places and this one had the best options for king sized comforters. Im normally not very social so coming here and being the only one here was nice. Had tons of machines to choose from and the lady immediately helped me get some change as i didn't have time to stop anywhere, my blanket is thicker than most and the maxi washer held up great! Pricing to me is normal! You want a good wash you get what you pay for!

The guy is very rude and they watchibg you when you load clothes in the machine. Even small throw blanket he wants one blanket per machine. I never comeback to this place

Visited today to wash a king size comforter. The proprietor was extremely helpful and the laundromat was the cleanest one I have ever visited. Highly recommend this business. Thought ten bucks was a good deal too!

Clean, well maintained, staff are helpful, and has Shaw Go Wifi. Last wash is at 7:40pm. Parking lot can get pretty crowded at peak hours or weekends.

Honestly they're the best laundry mat. Their machines work really well. The washing machine loans are big and they run really fast. Their dryers heat up fast as well. The highlight of it though is the owners. They're so nice, friendly and polite. They don't mind helping out and they're always so eager to help out. The place even has wifi and it is air conditioned so you don't have to sorry about waiting in a hot place while doing your laundry. I would recommend this place to anyone having to do big loads of laundry. Other places the people aren't really friendly and they're so particular how they want their washer to be used. Like they're on your case about it. But here, no not at all. Very welcoming and friendly.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for over a year now and I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place! The couple that runs this place is absolutly amazing and they are so sweet! Easy convenient and lots of room to sit and chill while u wait. It's a great place to get your wash done! Justake sure to treat the staff with joy and respect because they absolutly deserve it! ???? Very pricey can get 35 min of dry time elsewhere for 6 quarters here is only 24 minutes. Large washer is 8 dollars. Elsewhere is 7 only be here once not coming back

Horrible service the owners are extremely rude and are try to rip people off! I was trying to wash 2 medium blankets and they wanted me to use 1 machine for each blanket just so they could get more money. He literally went into the machine and pulled out my clothes. We have been going there every weekend for the last 10 years we spend 100s there every month but they have now lost our business forever. However the forest lawn location on 17th is amazing!
