All stuff are so friendly and responsive. My afterschools attend the daycare and they are always leave happy and excited to go again. During the pandamic time ,I kept them in the daycare instead of the summar camp because of the saftey and sanitization practicies they apply was sure to keep my children safe and healthy. Thanks to all staff there specially Amanda .

Both my kids attended Milestones on Ricketts road and loved it! Staff is very caring and professional. Great balance of education, art and free play. Kids spend a lot of time outside. The food is healthy. Highly recommend!

My son is adjusting well to this daycare. He was home with me for 18 months maternity leave and it was a hard transition. The staff were patient and kind with him. He has been there for less than 2 months and doesn’t cry at drop off! He has fun during the day, and is learning lots. At just shy of 20 months old, it’s hard to pass him over to anyone, but I trust them to give him the love and attention he needs.

My daughter has been attending Milestones since she was a year old. The workers are so caring and really put my mind at ease as I transitioned back to work. They always have a fun activity and spend loads of time outdoors. The food is good and my daughter looks forward to going every day.

The best daycare experience we could ask for for our now 1.5yr old. I love getting the updates during the day of all the fun activities they are doing! It’s obvious the staff love all the children- they’re all doing amazing (special shout out to Laura and Charlene in the baby room- thank you!!!)

The staff at Milestones (Ricketts Road location) are so wonderful. They always greet us and our daughter with a huge smile, and they really brought our shy little toddler out of her shell. They have such creative activites and crafts for the kids to do, and really make a lot of effort to keep us (parents) connected to their day, even during these strange COVID times. We trust them fully and feel like they have become an extension of our family. Thank you so much Milestones for taking such good care of our daughter.

We absolutely love Milestones Ricketts Road. They provide great care for our son, he is always occupied whether it is with exciting crafts or playing with his friends, or getting outside for a walk or some playtime. They take a lot of the stress off us by providing healthy snacks and lunch for him, so we don't have to worry about it. The staff at Milestones certainly makes our lives that much better, and I would highly recommend them.
