Updating this review as our second child has now attended Jingbao for over a year. The teachers have continued to be absolutely amazing and the center has done everything in their power to manage amid the pandemic - from daily temperature checks to installing HEPA air filters to helping ensure mask wearing. We have felt so fortunate to have Jingbao as our childcare support system this past year. Thank you to all the teachers!! —————— My (older) son attended Jing Bao for almost a year. The teachers here are patient, caring, and catered to the needs of each child. By the end of my son's time here he was able to read Chinese characters and books all on his own. We are sad to be leaving as he's getting older and would recommend!

I would like to thank all the wonderful teachers at JingBao Nursery Scarborough. My son absolutely adores all of the teachers and kids at this daycare. For the short 5 months that he was enrolled in this school, his mannerism and behavior improved greatly from the previous daycare. He would always come home well mannered and happy. :) He also started to speak and understand many vocabularies in mandarin in such short time span. I could not be happier with this daycare. My boy still tells me that he misses Ms. Jasmin. I wish we didn't have to move out of the area. Please do let me know when you guys decide to open another location in Vaughan/Woodbridge area. We started at JB in the middle of COVID after being recommended by a friend. I have two toddlers and have had experience with two other daycares (which were decent), but JB has been my favourite so far! We have been so happy and impressed with them both in the care they give our kids and how they have handled the COVID situation. They go above and beyond by purchasing medical grade air filtration devices. We receive daily personalized and detailed updates for our kids. My boys are so happy and safe there and that means so are we. Plus they are learning Chinese which was something I really wanted for them but found very difficult to persist by myself. We really feel their passion for what they do and cannot be grateful enough for Ms. Bing and her team.

Our two children have attended Jing Bao since they were 18months old. They've always enjoyed the programs and the teachers! We as parents get regular updates on their school activities throughout the day and whenever we have a question it is promptly attended to. This year in particular we have been super impressed by their professionalism and care for our children during the pandemic. They have helped our family maintain a semblance of normal during a very abnormal time. The activities are geared towards the children's learning interests and needs, and it is fun to hear them sing songs and respond to their teachers in Mandarin and correct each other's Mandarin! The teachers genuinely care for the students and join with us in watching them develop in their personalities. My 3yr old, who is typically quite shy, has gained confidence in the various activities and learning that he participates in at Jing Bao. We feel that Jing Bao has really been an integral part of helping mold our children in to who they are today!

My 3 year old daughter has been going here for a few months after being out of daycare for almost a year due to the Covid closure at her original mandarin daycare. She had a hard time for the first few weeks since she wasn't used to interacting with other children anymore but Ms. Bing and the teachers are very patient and engaging and she quickly started to like going to "school" again. Now she is a lot more friendly with other children, and become more self-sufficient at home. The new programming is extremely innovative and you can see the hard work the teachers put in with planning and preparing fun activities. My daughter is getting a lot more stimulation compared to what we've seen in other daycares. We don't speak mandarin at home so she's fallen behind the year she was out of daycare. She is learning a few mandarin words and songs again and we hope she will be able to understand what she is singing and converse by the time she leaves next Fall. My daughter says she loves the teachers and we are grateful for all their effort and care. Thank you for your vigilance, and being able to remain open and safe during the pandemic.

My son has been going to Jing Bao Scarborough for the last year and a half. We love that he comes home singing Mandarin songs and is always asking me for the Mandarin word of different objects that he sees around him. The teachers have been amazing throughout this pandemic and have gone over and beyond in terms of keeping the children safe.

Our daughter has been attending Jingbao daycare for over a year and half. We will be sending our son there too once he's a bit older. We are really happy with the care & quality. All the teachers are great & kind. Our daughter loves them, enjoys going to daycare, and speaks much better Mandarin. We get daily updates with the app & see what activities she's doing. They have also handled this pandemic wonderfully, following all the procedures, and really easing our minds. We are so grateful that when she's away from us, she's safe, happy, and really cared for.

We sent our son there when he just turn two year old and now he speak fluent Mandarin. He loves all the teachers and he is always excited to go to school. He told me that he loves all the activities that he attend. The parent will receive daily pictures so we get to know what kinds the activities the kids is attending. I’m very glad that I send my son to JB since he is so happy every day

We sent our son there a few months ago with 0 mandarin knowledge. Within a short period of time, he was able to have basic conversation with us, as well as sing all the nursery songs. They do many different activities with them each day and he loves his teachers! He talks about them every night. We sent our younger son last month to JB as well and he is loving all the activities the program offers as well!

I sent both my kids to Jingbao Scarborough. None of them spoke mandarin (we are not speaking mandarin at home) and now, thanks to the teachers, they can both speak quite fluently for their age. The team was always so kind and patient with my son (7yo and not attending anymore) when he first started, they succeeded in comforting him, and very soon he was the happiest little boy and was asking to go to school. Now, my daughter (3yo) is also thrilled to go to school, she sings in the car and always leaves me with a big smile on her face. I know that she is in good hands and it means the world to me. The teachers are going above and beyond with the activities proposed during the day, they meticulously plan the week around a theme. The kids do a lots of hands on (play with water, DIY activities, sensorial bins, planting seeds ...). As parents we have the perk of being sent pictures at the end of the day so we don't miss out on those moments and have plenty to chat with our little ones on the way back home. Since COVID, the teachers are being amazing, following protocols and making us feel safe while staying very human and caring. I highly recommend this daycare.
