We started taking our son to this daycare in January. The friendly staff are incredibly encouraging. Our son doesn't even want to come home at the end of the day. Before we leave he spends a bunch of time showing off things he does during daycare and is always smiling. Their incident handling and response is out of this world. The kids were playing outside and an incident occurred that normally would have had my wife and I nervous but the staff were on top of the incident immediately and notifications came to the parents shortly after. They are clearly well educated and must do simulation training to respond as well as they do. We also get updates via an app that let us feel closer to our son because we get to see what he's doing during the day. We couldnt be happier with the ELC staff.
