Good learning for students and a good quality of the school itself

As newcomers to Canada our family was very concerned about how our 7 y.o. daughter will get use to new country and new school. We were so lucky to find out that there is a Ukrainian school in Saskatoon, because we wanted our daughter to keep learning native language and traditions. The staff of the school is very friendly and extremely helpful. Thus, our daughter quickly and easily integrated to new environment and right now she keeps repeating that “this is the best school ever”. We couldn’t be more than happy ???? Moreover, just before Christmas we were soooo surprised by school and its community with a huge present (see photo) as new members to Bishop Filevich community. Thank you so much!

This is a great school with the great staff we"ve ever met. The teachers are high professional, kind, caring and supportive to every child. We are happy our son had so outstanding experience to be there. Keep doing this great job!!!

This school was a good and bad experience. We don't have a lot of money and the money we did have was focused more on making the schools appearance nicer, rather then buying gym equipment or playground equipment. So many of the good teachers left or retired and barely any of the staff know Ukrainian. The program we learned Ukrainian on is so outdated and essentially useless now, we also learned the same basic phrases and dialogue for 9+ years of our education and then were expected to be fluent by grade 8. I loved being there i had a lot of fun and it's such a calm school. The kids and community is what makes the school great, it's such a shame that the legacy of the school wont be as great as what my graduating class experienced.
