I read the complaint about milk and how the Roosevelt Elementary School is doing the way he or she has wriiten on the review. You mentioned you offered free help, but sometimes free help is not needed by someone that doesn't bring what the school needs to the table. When my son was going to Roosevelt School, I didn't see a problem with the way he was being fed and my wife even worked in the Lunch Room. I also have gave my free time of working in the Lunch Room, and I found that children was given more time to finish eating and were also provided with more food if they were hungry. Maybe instead of complaining why your children are not getting the time to eat, sit with them at lunch time, maybe you will find out your children are talking to much during lunch and not eating like the time is intended for them. In the future you should do some investigation before trying to blame it on the way the school is being ran. I myself found the staff to be professional at all time.
