Nicely greeted by the security agent at the store. Not impressed with the salesperson who showed me the apple watch band from the secret drawer and then quickly put it away. Wasn't offered to hold it on my arm compare it to my watch... Not quite the experience I was hoping for at an Apple store.

some specialists are rather a businessman than a technician. They are not there to help you with your apple product problem, they plan to sell you as much as possible. I spilt tea on my macbook. The Apple technician took it to their lab, and after 3 minutes came back gave me a quote of 2000$ !!!!! he said almost all main pieces should be changed. I repaired my laptop at the same day somewhere else, for 150$ !!!!

Long wait, rep was not professional and didn't know you could do a data transfer between iphones. Reps don't seem to be educated in the products which is weird because apple has like 4 models.

I wish I could give 0 star!!!!My iPhone X was stuck On Apple logo and I brought it to this store. The person who I met told that it is broken ( some part inside)and did not try to solve the issue!!! He just wanted to convince me to buy new Apple!!! He wasted my time and he wanted to waste my money as well. Hopefully, I refused to buy and I called customer service of Apple in Canada and the agent told me go to other branch. I went to ‘mWave sans-fil” Gallery de la capital and the operator did the reset factory and save my iPhone…why you do not hire specialists and do not appreciate customer time!!!

Very unfriendly. I don't like going to the mall alone and I get stressed easily. I needed to go to the grocery store and for that I had to walk in front of the apple store. I don't know what they did but the entire walking section in front of the store (not inside, the aisle that belongs to the mall) was covered with red tape and there was sort of like a hallway for people to wait in line. But since it was late, nobody was waiting but there were security guards like 4 of them. One of them stopped me and said in a very agressive voice ; you can't be here, what do you think you're doing it's an apple zone. I was really scared and did not understand since i just wanted to cross the path to go to my grocery store. He said I had to leave and go around, but the way he said it was so mean. You should avoid this place during covid. I felt very uneasy.
