My mom went to the school district herself and wasn't treated fairly at all. I was hospitalized for 3 months and she just had a question about my busing for when I got discharged. The staff were rude and did not help her at all. You guys need new staff

Disorganized and unprofessional

Disgusting establishment and don't care about the kids at all. Tried to talk to them about children's bus driver swearing at the kids and dropping them off a far distance from their homes on a road with no sidewalks and speed limit is 80km. Both my husband and I tried to make contact with the school board and were ignored several times. When we got upset they responded by saying we were threatening them and took the bus driver's side and refused to even meet with us or try to improve the situation. They don't care about the kids and are just sitting there to get paid to do nothing.

If I can, I would like to give a lady name Jennifer who works at the district 0 stars. She is very rude and violate when she talks. Cuts people off in middle of the sentence and very impolite. Never met someone who is this rude to anyone on the phone before.

A girl who was known to make false accusations about boys hit my son and to get out of trouble she said my son said he said something to her. The school did a horrible job investigating. They suspended my son off the bus for 3 days and not the girl who assaulted my son and caused him to bleed. They have never had an issue with my son but had alot of issues about this girl and she was a known liar, this came from the principal himself. They even put it in my sons record which wasnt fair. We called the district office mr smith and mrs watson are useless and arrogant. We went through our local mla and child youth advocate. Child youth advocate uselss. MLA was the most helpful. ASDS does not care about the kids.

Pretty bad when you kid stands uptown outside in a down poor for 30 minutes and no bus comes. The websites are not updated with the correct information and they didn't pass along correct information to the schools about transfer buses great system we are paying for. The kids safety should be number one priority!!! Let you kid stand outside soaking wet and scared!! This is a complete disgrace, whoever is in charge of busing information should be fired.
