ABC daycare went above and beyond our expectations. We had to enroll our boys in emergency all day care and they made the transition as smooth as possible. While our boys were there they had the best time, and ABC kept them enrolled in their studies. I can't recommend their services enough!!

I have had a very good experience with ABC. The teachers are just incredible. The administration has been truly patient through all the changes in my work schedule etc. You can tell they sincerely want what is best for your child and they are not just trying to enroll him in to make money. They want to ensure they go at a pace that will not be too hard for your child especially if it is his first time away from you. The teachers really care, the administration is great and the owner/operator is a good person, you can tell her heart is all in. ABC DAY CARE, THANK U FOR ALL YOU DO FOR OUR LITTLE ONES DAILY. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

As a mother of 8 it was a very hard decision to put each of my children in day care as I had to return to work. Over the past ten plus years ABC Day Care Center has be my saviour. The compassion and care they put into the center is amazing. I have never found another child care center that has so much love for the children. They teacher are all amazing and go above and beyond everyday. The menu and quality of food is beyond amazing. Any issues or concerns they are on top of it ASAP. They director is always in contact and asking if there is anything they can do to make the center better. I am saddened to bee with the services at this time but hope my last child will get the benefits of knowing all the wonderful staff at ABC in the near future. Only place I will ever trust to watch my children! You ladies rock xoxox

This is an excellent day care center! I was very pleased with the care that I received for my child. They also went above and beyond any other Center that I've been to thus far with my other children. ABC doesn't just provide awesome care but they also have fun activities and special events such as Christmas concerts, graduations, weekly water days in the summer Etc. My son always had great stories to tell me about his days at daycare including how much fun he had and how awesome it was! He certainly enjoyed his meals and snacks which was a bonus as he's a picky eater! I could probably go on & on about how pleased I was with ABC daycare. Putting a child in daycare is a hard decision and trusting them in someone else's care is even harder but this is one of the best decisions I made for him. He has grown so much socially and intellectually! I'm so confident that he will do very well in JK!!

For every parent is very hard to leave their kids at daycare...at first when I found ABC daycare I wasn't sure about it until I started seeing my daughter very excited at the end of the day and very enthusiastic every morning to go there...for me that was a clear sign that they were doing a great job! Update...after 4 years ago with ABC daycare all my kids had been growing their it's the best place ever for the kids to get prepared for school really well Great experience all my kids liked the teachers my 4th year old son telling me mommy I'm in LOVE with (Natalia)!!! We are beyond grateful for being able to find ABC Daycare for our kids. Prior to starting, maybe just like most of us parents do, we felt very anxious leaving our children in daycare specially our then 16 months old toddler. But Ms. Archna and her team has been very reassuring. They are very nice and caring and they provided daily updates and frequent phone meetings with the kids’ teachers. We can see the growth and learning everyday. We noticed incredible changes with our toddler’s behavior, and it was wonderful seeing our daughter got excited about going to daycare with her friends and her teachers everyday. Without any doubt is the best daycare where my daughter has been. I can see how happy she is when I pick her up everyday. All the teachers are very caring. The lunch menus are very healthy. Everyday we get a paper report of what they did during the day, how much time they napped if they did and what they eat. What they learned that day as well. Everyday I look forward to read that report card. Honestly , THE BEST DAYCARE !!!

I have a 3 year old son who currently attends ABC Daycare, He has been there for almost a year. This is his first experience outside of the home and he loves it. From the very first day we arrived, the staff has been friendly, loving, caring and enjoyable. My son comes home singing and reciting stories he has heard throughout the day. All of his teachers are enthusiastic about their work, about my child and his day. The facilities are immaculate. The teachers and assistants keep the classrooms tidy and the children clean. My son paints, colors, plays all sorts of games and does so in a well controlled classroom environment. In appropriate weather the children go out and play in the wonderful playground on the premises. All staff greeting each child by name, I could not have asked for a better beginning to my child's experience outside the home. I recommend ACB Daycare 100%; it is a cheerful and loving environment.

I'm very happy with this daycare. My son started with them in September and I see such a huge improvement with his speech, his attitude, and most importantly his creativity. He's no longer bored or aggressive. Of course every child has their days where they're not 100% themselves but, when he goes to daycare he becomes so energetic and full of life. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's clear my son is super happy to be around them and I'm happy they share the same feeling. Definitely recommend it!!

My son went here for about a year, he is now 3 years old. One day I went to pick him up and he told me that one of the teachers hit him on the leg because she was mad at him for being silly and not wanting to go to the bathroom. My son was able to describe in detail what the teacher looked like and point her out. I filed an investigation and my son was interviewed by FACS and he described in detail the same story to her. The teacher in question was put off work until the investigation was completed. I received a call last week from the lady from FACS and she said that she interviewed the adults that worked there and they denied this ever happened and she took their word over my son's. Adults can lie a 3 year old can not fabricate a descriptive storey that never changed. Needless to say the teacher in question is back working. I would think twice before choosing this daycare.

This is a fantastic daycare. I recommend this for your kid. The staff and teachers are very kind to the kids. They have a lot of interactive sessions and kids learn something new every day. A lovely play area too. The classrooms are nicely decorated and kept clean. Cheers to ABC ????

This has to be the most friendly, cleanest & a curicular based Daycare. I dont even call it a day care as the treatment my children recieved were above all every time. Although my kids were only there for two days a week I was still impressed by the talent these employees have. I will miss them so much!!!

My son has been attending abc day care since December 2016. Being an immigrant, single mum and student one thing l never stressed about was if my son was ok. They took my son in a day after arriving from africa, the staff were so patient and accommodating with him. The place is always clean with a fresh scent and filled with happy kids. To this day my son still attends the daycare before and after school and they provide transportation drop off and pick up from school. My daughter started at ABC as part of the emergency daycare program due to Covid. I was so happy with her progress that I had registered her for the summer care as well. My daughter is 4.5 and has completely flourished in the last 3 months. She has grown more than her first year at school. One thing I love are the daily reports. They tell me what she has eaten, what she did and how was her behaviour. As a parent I truly appreciate the communication as it gives me a good idea of her strengths in a social environment and what behaviour needs to be worked on. My daughter has already said she is sad to leave for school.

They helped with her online school and went above and beyond what was expected! I definitely would recommend it. The manager of the site was so helpful in filling out forms and kept me up to date with the changing situation. They even gave my daughter a going away gift! My daughter attended Abc Daycare for ten years. I recall when I first dropped her off she wouldn't quit crying and she was truly modest, she didn't let out the slightest peep however now she doesn't stop talking. I really want to express gratitude to Mrs. Lil, Mrs. Tammy and Mrs. Kim because they experienced and were able to manage this little trouble maker for ten years. ???? Also the various of teachers who dealt with her. Thank you especially Mrs. Archna for having good management. I highly recommend this daycare to the families who are looking for childcare. Ps. Our oldest daughter attends ABC Daycare and we can't say enough great things about the facility and all the staff! My husband and I weren't sure how our daughter would take to going to daycare - especially as early as we have to drop her off - and she LOVES it! The early morning hours really worked for us and the staff always give us a full report on our daughters day! The activities the children do daily, the outside play, organized and free play- assisting with toilet training. Our youngest will be attending in the near future???? Like I said - I can't say enough great things about ABC Daycare and all the staff???? We would recommend you guys to anyone!! Thanks so much for all that you do!

I have so many great things to say about this daycare. I was very hesitant on sending my daughter but they made the transition seamless and were always transparent with everything. My worries were gone by week 2 when my daughter would get excited as soon as she seen the building and walks in with a smile every day. The teachers are wonderful and caring, and check in often with updates. They also are always a phone call or email away, and are very responsive. I absolutely love the daily activity report she gets sent home with every day, that way I know how much she's eaten, how long she napped for, and what activities she did. My job doesn't have a regular schedule, and they have been extremely accommodating for my last minute early drop offs and sending my mom or sister for pick up. I really don't know what I would do without the daycare. I've noticed such a positive difference in my daughter since she started 6 months ago - more outgoing, speaking more, listens better (most days haha). I will always recommend this daycare to any family or friends in the Niagara region!

Archna and her team of RECE’s are beyond excellent ensuring that all the children in their center receives the best quality of child care. My circumstances changed recently and they take that into consideration. They continue to accomodate my kids and ensure me of the assistance that I required for my kids. There flexibility was the main thing for me as a working mom but when my daughter started there I found teachers, staff and the environment there is friendly and I can see my daughter always love to go there.
