As a retired Montessori trained teacher, I can honestly attest that this is truly THE ONLY Montessori program in St. Albert. We had visited another Montessori school in St. Albert and were very disappointed to see that it was staged well, but the children were not using the materials appropriately, if at all. Global child challenges my grandchildren in a fun and loving way. My 4 year old grandson is reading phonetic books, and we are all amazed at the things he is learning! Love this place!

My son attended Global Child Montessori for 2 years and it was the best decision we could have made. All the teachers and assistants were caring and treated all the kids with respect. I am amazed with the subjects covered through the year including the solar system, geography, music, math, language arts to list a few as well as the programs use of songs and rhymes to encourage retention of key information. My son would come home excited to share what he learned and looked forward to returning day after day to this fabulous school. My family will miss this school very much and I would not hesitate in recommending this Preschool to anyone looking in the St Albert area.

We chose Global Child Montessori for our 3-year-old son after we heard great things about it! At that point, we were just looking for a decent school, where he can learn how to interact with other kids and get ready for kindergarten. After two years attending Global Montessori, I can say that it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. Global Montessori is much more than a playschool! It’s a second home for my son and myself as well. My son enjoyed every aspect of it and I could tell from the stories he told, the knowledge he brought home and the friends he’s made. On the academic level, my son has had the opportunity to learn about things he loves and curious about at a very young age such as music, animals and nature! He is now so good with numbers and already knows about Canada and some other counties in the world, and much more! We as parents were amazed by the teachers’ effort and passion to teach our kids! So thankful for Ms. Gloria, Ms. Amber, Ms. Christine, Ms. Claudia, and Ms. Valerie. In two years, I’ll be sending my one-year-old daughter to Global Montessori.

We love Global Child Montessori! My daughter will be attending her 2nd year this fall and we cannot wait! She adores all of the teachers, they are so friendly, caring and wonderful. I am so glad we chose this school. We visited 4 Montessori schools prior to choosing which one to enroll our daughter in, and I instantly knew I wanted to pick this school because I felt the vibe was just perfect from the start. It was exactly what I was looking for in all areas, a true Montessori setting. I am constantly amazed at how much my daughter has learnt and looking forward to her returning this fall!

This is my son’s second year at Global Child Montessori , this is definitely the best school! The staff ( Miss Gloria, Miss Amber and Miss Christine ) always welcomed my son with a very warm, loving and caring atmosphere. Even me as a mother , I was treated as a family member. My son grew every single day academically and socially, the program this school has is outstanding. From the minute he entered school to the minute he was dismissed, he has learned new skills and new methods, he would come back home full of joy and excitement and most importantly confident about himself . Thank you Global Child Montessori for being a second home , the best decision I’ve made ! We are definitely gonna miss this place ! Xoxo

Montessori has been the best experience for my girls. All 3 of my girls went to Montessori for 2 years each and it was perfect for them. They learnt so much and it was such a great group of teachers with huge hearts that made their 2 years at Montessori so special. I highly recommend Montessori for anyone looking for a great academic program for their little ones.

I am so thankful that we found this school. I don’t think I can do it justice in one review, but I will try. My son has come so far this year thanks to the caring dedication of the staff. Each and every one of these ladies (teachers and assistants) is a treasure. My son has a gluten sensitivity, and Ms. Gloria went out of her way to bake gluten-free versions of all the baked goods they serve for snacks, and buy gluten-free treats for him to have on celebration days. I feel as though all the staff were very cautious with him and I can’t express my gratitude for this enough. I delighted in hearing all about what he was learning. From the different continents, to planets in our solar system, it was all amazing. I can’t believe the grasp he already has on phonetics and math. We are sad to be leaving the school, but will always look back on this experience fondly. Thank you for making my little guy’s first school experience so exceptional.
