Very disappointed. The pool was ice cold and not lite up it was dark. The hot tub was extremely hot like 108 degrees, we were given no information on the restraunt connected to the hotel and the fact that they didnt deliever to the room... even though on the phone in our room they were listed as their "room service". The fact that the restaurant connected to the hotel wasn't open during certian hours of the day, and closed was not told to us. No information or other options for restaurants in the area or tourism. The rooms were ok at best. We wont stay here again.

Staff is friendly and efficient. It is clean . The rooms look great for the price you pay.

They had a promotion buy one night and get your second night free if you book between August 1-15. We stayed August 6th and didn’t receive our second night as the promotion is subject to black out periods. The black out period was from August 7 to mid September. What kind of promotion is that? It seems like false advertisement.

For the price, the room and the facilities were really good. Location is a plus. They also followed all COVID-19 protocols. But the mattress was not in good shape and sagging on one side. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. I could see dirt in the shower and all the corner. BWP next to this looked good from outside. I would try that next time.

The rooms were clean. Bur the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the outlets all need to be changed as they wouldn't hold a plug very well including the one for the light by the bed. It seems like a fire hazzard.

1) the keys never work, you have to go almost daily to change them (even if you don't put it near credit cards or your cell phone). It is really annoying. 2) The housekeeping is never good, I do not know if they do not have a list and if they do they never follow it, there is no coffee, there are no towels, they do not clean completely or they definitely do not go to your room even if you have scheduled it. 3) the water in the bathtub and in the sink would not go away, we reported it and it remained the same. I had to clean it myself and remove a kilogram of lady hair. 4) Dennys, they do not have enough staff and their service is very slow even though most of the staff is friendly it does not help much, they never have salad, really? Salad!! 5) 1 month in the hotel and they can't repair the dryer, you have to go downtown and spend more money and time. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE
