Great stay! Got in late without a reservation and they were able to accommodate super last minute. The older gentleman working over nights was really kind helpful. Rooms were clean quite and exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend!

We like the cleanliness, accessibility, friendliness, and convenience of the Ramada in Revelstoke, and, up to this point, the Ramada has been our hotel of choice. On this visit, we had some concerns which were addressed. AMA DISCOUNT: Initially, we were told that the AMA discount had to be requested at booking or at the beginning of the day, and could not be applied retroactively. This was corrected and the AMA discount was applied. Thank you! BREAKFAST MENU: Apparently, the hotel is trying to balance a full consistent breakfast menu with waste on low occupancy days. My opinion is that every paying customer should have the all breakfast options every morning. I am giving a 4-Star Rating (up from 3) as my concerns were addressed. I am hopeful that in the future I will be able to award 5-Star as the policies of the relatively new hotel become solidified.

I travel with my children often and this hotel was one of our fave's! The pool is open from 6am-10pm which gave the kids tons of time to swim and use the waterslide. They had a blast! The pool area was extremely clean as was the room. The staff were fantastic and extremely accomodating. We will definitely stay here any time we need a hotel in Revelstoke.

Just in revelstoke for 1 night. The staff here are very helpful, and the hotel is beautiful. Right off the highway. Great if you’re driving through.

A hotel with a view! The service was fantastic and the kids loved the water slide. It has a great little patio off the pool and lobby. My only complaint would be the cost of the room; but the cleanliness, service, breakfast, and location comes at a premium! We fell in love with Revelstoke, what a cozy, welcoming community!

Very friendly staffs, rooms are clean & well managed. The pool is the attraction of the hotel. Kids had lots of fun in the pool. Close by to attractions. Overall had a pleasant stay!

Extremely rude service desk clerk. Paid $ 240 per night for an average room in an average hotel. Never ever had such a bad experience in a hotel. And I spend about 6 months a year in hotels due to the nature of my work.
