We are so incredibly happy with Susie and Louise! We are so grateful to have found such amazing care for our daughter. They treat and love her as if she were their own. Quinn absolutely adores them and is so excited to see them every week. The space Susie has created is perfect for learning, play and exploration. The children get lots outdoor time and are fed nutritious meals and snacks. Parents are provided updates throughout the day, as well as at the end of the day. Susie and Louise are always so happy to share new things Quinn has done that day. The smiles on their faces just make my day. They truly love what they do. The level of professionalism provided is outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Happy Hearts to any parent looking for care for their children. I never worry when leaving Quinn in their care, as I know she is in very good hands.

Kind, caring, dedicated, playful, nurturing, supportive - these are just a few words that not only describe Susie, but also the community that she has created at Happy Hearts. This daycare truly is for the children and incorporates a variety of ways to learn and play that focus on both indoor and outdoor play. The daycare itself is clean, well organized and can accommodate many age groups. Susie also has a buggy that seats a few kids at a time, which she can take for a stroll around the neighbourhood. The relationships Susie establishes with her children demonstrates her ability to adapt and understand each of them to give them what they need to thrive. Happy Hearts is an excellent addition to the Port Colborne community and I look forward to watching the business grow.

My Daughter absolutely loves Happy Hearts! It really gives you a sense of ease seeing how much she loves Louise and her classmates. She is provided with a lot of learning activities, both inside and outside. I would highly recommend Happy Hearts to anybody that is looking for high quality child care!

I would absolutely recommend Happy Hearts Daycare to any parent looking for exceptional, nurturing and educational child care! I've know Susie for over 10 years now and have had the privilege of watching her develop into (what I think) the greatest child care giver I can imagen. She has years of experience, from being a supervisor in a mississauga daycare, placements in classes throughout her education, teaching kindergarten in the Niagara region, to owning her own daycare. The qualifications shes developed in acquiring her masters and in her practice are outstanding and the quality she delivers in her work is extraordinary. I believe any parents who had the oppurtunity to place their child in Happy Hearts Daycare will be satisfied with their decision.

Susan and Louise care for our daughter perfectly. She is always so happy to be there and it shows every time we pick her up. They care for the kids just like they are their own, the kids adore them. I never even have to think about Maeve while at work because I know I have nothing to worry about, that’s extremely hard to do as a parent. The daycare is set up in away that allows the kids to play and explore, and they have awesome items for the kids to learn and interact with. We are so thrilled to have such kind and compassionate people caring for our girl. We couldn’t imagine it any other way. Thank you guys so much for continuing to go above and beyond caring for our girl !
