Donc, on peut avoir à se présenter là, parce que les lignes téléphoniques sont toujours trop occupées et qu'il semble que nos fonctionnaires fédéraux préfèreraient se tirer une balle dans la tête plutôt que d'être obligés de lire du courrier (presque impossible de trouver le moyen de les contacter par la poste sur leur site), ou de faire affaire par courriel. Vraiement, très mauvais emplacement, et vraiment injuste pour les citoyens de l'ouest de Québec.
