Funny looking at the post from another parent same thing I got the manager triah was very rude raising her voice and kept telling me there was no room and told me to go look elsewhere even when I was on wait list. I would not truse this place with my kid. If the person in charge would treat parents bad what are they doing to the kids.

My kid has been going to this day care for a few months now and I couldn't be more happier about this place. Big shout out to Trish, all of the teaching staff(Chantal, Breanne :)) and everyone else who make this place amazing for both parents and their little ones.The staff is extremely caring, courteous and really good at taking care of the kids. The food offered is quite nutritious, nut free and they ensure to offer healthy nutritious wholesome food to the kids. They also publish a monthly activity chart to keep the parents abreast of the day-to-day activities viz.arts and crafts, sensory, motor skills etc along with celebrating valentines, St Patricks and other holidays. I would highly recommend this day care centre if you are in the market looking for one.

Have heard TONS of bad things about this daycare. From previous parents and employees, I would never send my kid here. I thought I'd give it a shot and met with the owner? She was very rude not only to me and my husband but my child as well.

My Son has been attending since it opened and really enjoys it here. His teachers are amazing too! He is learning lots, and it has helped his social skills tremendously.

As a pervious staff member this place is very unorganized, new staff almost like every month. Supervisor unsupportive, yelled at me when I asked for time off, and then gave me a lecture on why I can't take time off when a family member was very ill and was passing away.

I absolutely love this Daycare! We tried the Home daycare route first and it was awful, I had so much anxiety trying a new Daycare but the transition was amazing and I literally had tears of joy the entire first week seeing how happy and well cared for my son was from the start. I can tell the staff truly care about my son and that is worth everything, to know your child is in such caring hands while you’re away from him/her. I live and work 20 mins east of this Daycare but I make the detour because it’s so worth it and will continue to make the detour when we move even further away, that’s how happy I am sending my child there. I will admit I was apprehensive with some of the reviews before we started but I quickly found out for myself what the (our) experience is really like!

This daycare has the most amazing staff. They are really helpful and kind, and my son has learnt many things from them. I am so grateful to them for teaching him. My son always wants to go to the daycare and he is constantly talking about what he did today at the daycare. Overall, my experience was really great and I recommend it.

My daughter loved her time at Royal Bear. She learned and grew so much in the time she was there. She is now heading off into Junior Kindergarten. She loved all the staff (a fair bit of turnover ????), the good food and all her friends that she made. I know she will miss everyone.

I was there for a quick visit and an Asian lady was in the building. She was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I think she may be the owner. The supervisor was pleasant but the other lady left me feeling very awkward. Anyone know who she is?

My daughter attended this daycare since they first opened. She is now 4 and off to JK, but I couldn't be happier with their services. My daughter learned so much in her time attending royal bears. She learned abit a sign language, french, yoga. They are always doing fun activities such as walks outdoors, playing in the yard, arts and crafts, they set up a judge jumping castle in the class room for them. They have had a Petting zoo come in for them. They always do winter pictures and holiday activities for them and the whole family. I spent a few months doing coop for school there aswell and got to see how dedicated they are first hand. Love the consistency of their schedules and the fact that they have fresh home made lunches everyday+snacks. They are all very friendly, patient and the place if kept very clean. Thank you all again at royal bears.

Im not one to write bad reviews but at this place they are rude I Was not happy from the first day i brought my son there they are very disorganized they didnt have a cubby ready for his coat and bag and when i picked him up he was very dirty as if he wasnt taken care of and his bag was thrown in a corner he didnt want to go back now hes at a new place and loves going it was the best decision my husband i made to take him out.

I love this daycare so much. Out of all the other places that I have been to, this is the best one. The staff, food, environment are all so great and positive that I fully trust my child with this daycare. I have seen the progress that this place has had on my child and I know that the daycare will help become the best person that she can be.

I can’t say one bad thing about Royal Bear. My experience here was more than amazing. My son was the first of my 2 children to attend the facility and I was a nervous mess. They all reassured me day after day that it would take time for my son to adjust. He eventually did and attached himself to some of the staff who were truly God sent! This place prepared my son for JK and made the transition a lot easier. I will definitely miss Royal Bear and it’s staff!

This place is so bad, I don`t know where to start. The supervisor is abrupt and mean to everyone! She also makes a lot of mistakes. Staff is very unqualified, high turnover which is not good for the children and it`s actually a proof that this place is just plain bad! They have a very bad reputation and I don`t believe all the glowing good reviews, these are probably fake. My daughter never learned any French there, all the promises were empty. I very rarely write reviews but felt a duty to let other parents know about how bad this place is, because I do rely on honest reviews too to make decisions. Do yourself and your child a favor and stay away from this place.

Absolutely amazing daycare. They have fantastic yoga, french, and music programs. When my child comes home, he never stops talking about what he learned today and how much fun he had! Sending my child to this daycare was an extremely great choice for me and my child. He has kind staff to look after him, good quality food and friends that he always looks forward to seeing. Royal Bear is the best daycare I have been to yet.

My son has been at this daycare since it open and my 1year old daughter recently started. I can’t say enough about royal bear. The teachers are so caring and if there is an issue, it is handled immediately and professionally. The food is good and nutritious, the yard for playing is perfect, it is clean and most importantly my kids are happy and loved. Yes there is turnover and I cannot speak to why, but I know when it happens, the supervisor makes every effort to insure minimal impact on the children. Security is excellent and I go to work everyday without worry and have full trust in the center and staff.

My granddaughter loves going to this daycare. She comes to my house and all she talks about is how much fun she had and her new friends. Love this place.
