great teaching skills, but they never fail kids. I'm finishing grade 6 and I've never seen a kid fail at this school. There are a good amount of students I know have gotten bad marks through the year, and they didn't fail. BRING BACK THE DINOS!!!

There is so much wrong with this school. But not just this one, all schools in Ontario. No one fails, not even if the parent wants the child held back anymore? How are they going to learn if you keep pushing them forward when they have grasped the latter.

This school is good but the technology is pretty bad in spec wise and the wifi needs to be upgraded to 10 ms instead of 20ms wifi connection. Other then that the school is really good!

I personally went to this school when I was a kid. How fast time flies by. Teachers and employees have always been very personable, helpful, and eager to ensure students are getting an appropriate education in a safe and welcoming environment. The school itself, though it has been a while since I have been inside, was always well kept. Also one of the largest gyms in any elementary school I played recreational sports in throughout Ontario. All and all, it's a good school; no school is perfect. Times change and I feel Alcona Glen has done pretty well at rolling with those changes.

A commuter's nightmare! Very dangerous to drive, bike, or walk in this area at the beginning or end of the school day. And the people in charge are unapologetic about it. There is no parking. This ties up traffic on Innisfil Beach Rd. Plus, there are way to many portables. This is an over populated nightmare! And there is more... but, this post is already too long. TLDR: Avoid at all costs!
