My son loves his school and his teacher and we know it is reciprocated. He has gained so much confidence since starting there last fall. We have nothing but good things to say about the quality of this program. The only negative thing I can think of is that the parking lot is small, so occasionally we are 5 minutes late in picking him up as we wait for a parking spot to open.

Our daughter attended Nursery School, Junior Kindergarten, then graduated from Senior Kindergarten in 2019. When Children’s Garden Nursery School this year offered Grade 1 & 2 we jumped at the chance to join the Grade 2 class! We are thrilled to have returned. It’s like “coming home”. I can unequivocally say the teachers and staff are incredible, a robust curriculum is offered, and our daughter absolutely loves to learn and attend each and every day. She’s an avid learner, and the teachers work with each respective child to not only accommodate them, but to challenge them. The director, teachers and support staff truly love and excel at early childhood education and they really tailor their approach to support and grow the children into kind, respectful, curious and happy individuals. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my child's educational experience and feel very lucky.

We feel lucky to have found Children’s Garden Nursery School. Both our boys attended preschool and kindergarten there and we’re happy they did. The schools approach to academics at a young age has given them a great head start. The small school and class sizes create a safe and welcoming environment and it’s obvious the staff care about the well being and growth of the children. CGNS It is a great privilege that our son was able to attend CGNS for part of preschool and kindergarten. We had recently moved back to Toronto and registered him after the gestalt feeling that this school would be the right fit for our family. Our previous day-care was play based, while it offered a safe and loving environment, we didn’t feel that they were priming him with the scholastic skills needed to succeed in grade school. CGNS was able to mend the gap with its robust, but supportive, academic curriculum strategically camouflaged in play-based activities. We are ecstatic to share that our son was accepted to our first-choice school during first rounds of admission. Our son loves his teachers. Despite being in the ‘big kid’ class he seeks out his old morning teacher to give her a hug every day, without fail. Ms. Pauline, the owner, and all the staff members are extremely accessible, helpful, and kind. Despite being a native French speaker, who shamefully doesn’t speak much French at home, I am impressed by our son’s growing French vocabulary that he acquires through the FI afternoon program. Through a balanced curriculum which includes drama, art, music, sports ball and French, the staff at CGNS are exceptional at rearing confident, resilient learners who are prepared to face the next chapter of their schooling. My son loves CGNS. He has been there since he was 2 and will continue through JK. The teachers and staff are caring and warm, and keep the kids happily engaged and learning throughout the day. They have arts & crafts, reading & writing, French, music and sports, as well as afternoon specialty classes on offer. It is a wonderful school. Highly recommended!

Children’s Garden has been an amazing experience for our son! He was in preschool two year ago and this year he returned for French immersion SK. The teachers are wonderful and the school is incredibly well run. I would definitely recommend this school!

I have two boys at Children's Garden - one in his fourth year (SK) and one in his second year (5 morning nursery). We have had amazing teachers and really watched our boys develop. The academics are top notch and Pauline (the Director) works closely with teachers and parents to ensure each child's growth is tailored, when needed, for the individual. They understand not all children learn the same way and the extremely small staff:child ratio makes a world of difference (and is unmatched anywhere else that I've seen). All staff members truly want your children to meet with success!!

I love Children's Gardens. Have had such a positive experience. It is exactly what you want for your young one. Low class numbers, extremely vigilant in COVID precautions, a loving approach to learning and gear the curriculum to where your child is, in their education journey. They meet your child where they are. What a great place! I only wish I knew about this school for my first child. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I love Children's Garden Nursery so much! Since she has started to go to school from pre-school she has been enjoying every moment at school with her wonderful teachers and friends. Her eyes sparkles when she talks about how much she had fun at school which shows how the school is well organized, fun and creative in every curriculums and most of all, the teachers love and care for the children. My daughter became more confident in herself and eager to learn than she used to be before entering the school. Even doing the remote learning during the pandemic, my daughter loved all the creative programs posted by her teachers. She was also so thrilled to have communication with her teachers and friends through the online video. The program had great ideas which attracted the children. Now that the school is open for learning in person again, I am so grateful and excited for sending my daughter for her JK.
