Willowbrae is a place I absolutely recommend here in Oakville. My son has been attending this daycare for almost a year, and we’ve had a great experience here. The staff takes great care of all children there, very attentive to any special individual needs that may be required. The live access to cameras and daily virtual reports are great to keep us up to speed as parents regarding how our son is developing, what activities he does throughout the day, and it’s just an added level of confidence that we can check on him at any time throughout the day. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a safe, caring and well structured daycare in the Oakville area.

I can't recommend this daycare enough! :) They have extremely well attentive staff that truly care about the children enrolled. They all take the time to get to know your child and treat the kids as if they are their own. Their director is extremely knowledageble and is exceptionally quick to reply to any concerns. They are understanding, compassionate and really care about the families. We love Willlowbrae and would recommend to anyone we know looking for a daycare.

I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a warm, inviting, fun and safe environment for their child. Our son loves his classroom, teachers and fellow students and has really thrived since joining last June. The staff is so friendly and quick to respond to any questions we have. The daycare center itself is very clean and fun for the kids. It's also great being able to take a look at the camera's during the day to see your kiddo play :) 5 stars and highly recommend!

Have only been here a few months but we recognize that the staff are very approachable, responsive and attentive. The curriculum is supportive of many areas of development, we enjoy hearing what the kids are learning everyday. They are encouraging of building independence while also balancing this with the right amount of care and nurturing. Their facilities are very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend!

Starting with the environment of the daycare, it is very clean and new. Everything is up to date in terms of the layout, equipment, and health precautions. Our child has been with Willowbrae for over a year, and we would highly recommend! The staff and teachers are so caring and attentive to the children. Each day the children do lots of activities including singing, reading together, art everyday, and lots of outdoor play. All the teachers and staff are so sweet, we wish we could take them home with us! We really notice the educational activities that Willowbrae provides, as our child continues to come home with new words or ABCs that he's learned in daycare. The menu is excellent and it is so nice to have the cameras to be able to peek in to see how your child is doing that day. We couldn't say enough good things about this daycare.

I had peace of mind when my daughter attended Willowbrae. Their professionalism is second to none. They truly cared for my toddler. We never had any issues with this Centre. It was a bonus to be able to watch my daughter from wherever I was via the live stream camera whether they are on the playground or in class. The manager Rozana was always positive, responsive, and engaging.

Having searched & tried a few local childcare facility in oakville for my toddler, it was a great relief when my neighbour recommended Willowbrae. From my first call, to the first visit and my child starting with them, it was a stress less process. They provided all the support needed to help smoothen the transition for both parent & child. It felt good that whilst he is at the facility, I could watch my child’s from my smartphones on demand. Child is always fully engaged. Warm & friendly staff & management team. Calm & lovely room decoration and setting for kids. Highly recommended.

This is a brilliant child care facility, the staff are just amazing human beings - kind, happy and so professional. Our little Girl, had a really terrible traumatic experience in another child care facility and the love, care and understanding that these teachers have showered on our little girl made our little girl love school again, within the first 10 days! She wakes up excited to go to school, doesn't want to leave and wants to go back everyday even on the weekends!! The facility is clean, well protected, safe, there's a detailed daily report that highlights your child's learning, growth and experiences. Very transparent in their dealings. The web app gives you the comfort to view your child thriving and happy in the care of very loving individuals. We feel very blessed to have come upon this school, even thought it's a 15 mins drive from us it's the best decision we made to restore our little girls love for learning and heal her heart!

The staff at Willowbrae is just amazing, friendly and kind to the children. I like that there are good and healthy food menus and plenty of toys and activities. Willowbrae provides a very supportive and safe environment for my son.

By far the worst experience ever. It looks good on the paper and surprisingly reviews are excellent too but this place is nothing like it appears. The teachers in the class my child was put in were completely disorganized and disengaged. The kids were left to do as they pleased most of the time and there was zero encouragement to join in the activities or playtime. There were kids that cried pretty much the whole time I was there and they were completely ignored. On top of that, despite their covid-19 protocols and all, kids came in with stuffy noses and coughing like crazy. My child ended up sick for over four weeks after just 1.5 days in there. If your child is in this daycare, I strongly encourage you to take a closer look. If they are with Ms. Kim, I strongly advise to take them out as soon as possible. To their credit, they did acknowledge a number of complaints regarding their staff but would not switch my child to another classroom. I was provided a full refund.
