It is hard to say WHOOP WHHOOOP and yahoo about a dentist or an oral surgeon. However the staff and of course Dr. Nagy are incredible. I am half way thorough my implant procedure... ( tooth people tooth)!! And the professionalism and caring attitude is making the whole experience better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you!

A terrible experience. Dr Nagy was too busy to answer any questions in the "consult" and was running over an hour late on the day of the surgery. I watched kids coming and going from the office every 30 - 40 minutes and my daughter’s surgery of 4 wisdom teeth extraction took about 25 minutes. Wham bam and done. What a meat grinder. My daughter's pain and bleeding was terrible and she was unable to eat anything at all for 2 days. So unlike the experience of my 2 sons' surgeries with a different doctor. The surgeon sat down with them beforehand to discuss what would happen and address any of their questions. Both their surgeries took an hour each and recovery time in the days following was so much quicker. The final insult was that we were overcharged for the sedation fees. I called to point out what I assumed was a mistake but got only rudeness and have given up. Needless to say I do not recommend Dr. Nagy

I don't have anything bad to say, only good. The entire staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I had my wisdom teeth taken out by them and they did a spectacular job, they explained the entire process clearly (procedure and recovery treatment) and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Im 23 and still have a huge fear of needles, the staff that were treating me were super kind and made the process of getting my needle a lot better, talking to me, calming me down etc. It really made a huge difference, Im very thankful. I would recommend them

Went in for my wisdom teeth removal , being super nervous of course. Every staff member I had an interaction with had an amazing attitude ! All super kind people which made for a quick organized procedure . Dr nagy was polite,to the point and showed the kind of confidence you want to see from someone performing an oral surgery. The anesthesiologist was calming and professional which was great. They were able to direct bill which was very helpful .I Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Nagy is not only professional but also super friendly (he should be a kindergarten teacher!). My niece loved him when her mom and she came and pick me up. I was super nervous to have a surgery done to remove 5 teeth at once, but it was sooo much better experience than I had ever expected! His office staff members are also very bubbly, caring and welcoming to make my visit very comfortable! Thank you very much and I highly recommend Dr. Nagy :)

I had an oral surgery to extract my wisdom tooth that was lying horizontally and is considered to be a challenging case. However, Dr. Nagy and his excellent team made it very easy and painless. The Doctor is kind and can easily build trusting relationship with patient. He called to check on me within 2 hours of surgery which was very kind of him. The stuff is professional and knowledgable. I am delighted I have come accross this professional!

Dr. Nagy and his staff are so kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to call me himself and leave a message a few hours after my surgery to make sure I was okay and wished me luck with college this fall. Before the procedure at my consultation he was sure to answer any questions I had and put my mind at ease. He explained everything in detail. The people working with me before my surgery were paitent and friendly (as I have a fear of needles). They did their best to distract me and make me as comfortable as possible. The experience was truly one of the best I've had with a professional healthcare team since moving to Victoria! Thank you, Dr. Nagy and staff! I will hopefully see you again to take my wisdoms out.

Econ Help

One of the most professional and efficient surgery offices I have been to. All the staff were polite and courteous the entire visit. Even though the procedure was quick you did not feel rushed at all. All staff made you feel at ease. Dr. Nagy is an excellent surgeon with a good sense of humor. He explained the whole process, what to expect and then follows up with a phone call to make sure all is well. I would refer patients or family here without reservation.

5 out of 5 stars! Very impressed with Dr. Nagy! My daughter goes to university in Indiana and she will likely be heading back to the USA soon. Now seemed like a good time to get her wisdom teeth done. Her appointment was yesterday (03Dec2020) and the meeting with Dr. Nagy and the procedure itself couldn't have gone any better. I also thought the dental assistants at the office were fantastic. They gave very good instructions on how to heal after the procedure. Thanks!

I cannot say enough about my great experience with Dr. Nagy and his wonderful staff! As someone who has experienced dental trauma and suffers from intense anxiety at the dentist office, from beginning to end I felt completely at ease and taken care of. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the day after my procedure Dr. Nagy himself called to check in on me. Would recommend Dr. Nagy wholeheartedly to anyone who needs dental surgery! I wish I could go to him for all my dental needs.
