I really love the service, location, and price of Hush Lashes. I’ve had my lashes done at various places around town over the last couple years and Hush in Oak Bay is my newest fav, and go-to. I had my 6th Relash tonight and have absolutely no complaints about any of the service I’ve received so far. They aren’t overpriced, all of the techs I’ve had sessions with are super professional and speedy, and there’s always parking around the location. Can’t say enough!

Been a customer of Hush for 4 years (previously in Calgary) before moving to Victoria. I went in today for a volume fill and was told I would be charger a full volume set price ($180) for my appointment because it had been over 21 days since my last fill.. .But I wouldn't get the service I hypothetically was paying for because they didn't have the allotted time available. So I would be paying an extra $100 for no extra service. I understand businesses have to have guidelines in place but the system obviously doesn't work. I didn't receive a phone call or a change to my online appointment so my time was completely wasted today

I have been getting my lashes done since August here. Every time I leave happy and realxed. The lashes are durable and the place is spotless. The girls are all extremely friendly and so is the front staff. Highly recommend

Very unprofessional - I called within the 48hrs to cancel an appointment and left a message on the voice mail when no one answered. The next day I got an email reminding me about the upcoming appointment, at which point I called the other studio to let them know I had cancelled it the previous day. They said that likely no one checked the voice mail. I was then surprised to get a call from Amy saying that she didn’t have enough time to rebook so she was charging me $70 for a missed appt. I called the manager at the Tuscany location to clear it up, but instead the manager was incredibly defensive, rude, confrontational and hostile. She told me that it was MY fault for not calling the other location to cancel and told me that I should have known they don’t check their voice mail. Unbelievably unprofessional. Don’t go here!!

I've been coming here for almost a year and I really love the staff. Very friendly and awesome to talk too. They know their stuff and the quality of the lashes is better than anywhere else I've been. You pay for the quality for sure. Thank you so much for everything!

I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. Hush lash studio is by far the worst lash studio on the island at both their Oak Bay and Tuscany Village location. I had booked a fill at the Tuscany Village location and was surprised when the technician said she was a junior lash tech and had only been doing lashes for 1 month. I know you must start somewhere but I was not informed of this online when I was booking and due to my previous lash experience with Hush, I would not have gone forward with the booking knowing this. The lady started removing loose lashes (a procedure I'm familiar with through other studios) and just as she was about finished with this part of the appointment, she told me that I no longer had 40-50% of my lashes remaining. I had a fill done no longer than 2.5 weeks prior to this appointment. As this EXACT thing happened to me a few months prior, I was noticeably disappointed. She then told me she would not have time to do a fill and that I would have to book another appointment for a full-set. The only place that has EVER told me this is Hush Lash Studio at both the Oak Bay and Tuscany location. I have been getting my lashes done for almost a full year and have only had 2 negative experiences. I normally go to the Peach Beauty Bar in the Westshore and not once have they told me I did not have enough eyelashes or ever stopped after they've removed the loose lashes. I will now have to pay for a full-set somewhere else and I feel like I have been scammed by this place. This exact same thing happened to me in the Oak Bay location and I was forced to walk out of the store being extremely disappointed. My lash technician said that there was glue around my eye (after I stupidly tried to apply fake lashes one night because the lady from hush had told me she did that to make them look fuller in my previous appointment) and that she wouldn't be able to continue on with the appointment. I had to leave with about 5 eyelashes and I was so lucky to get into peach the next day and the technician told me not to apologize and that she would give me a fill for regular price and not charge me for a full-set. My friend has also had the exact same thing happen to her at Hush and was forced to walk out with no fill and a set of lashes that were removed. I ended up paying half for my recent appointment when in reality, I should of had to pay zero. I will make sure I share my negative experience with friends + family and encourage them to go to a legitimate lash studio such as the Peach Beauty Bar. Terrible experience and I cannot be more disappointed.

I've been getting my lashes done at Hush lash studio for approx. 6 months by the same lash technician, and after getting lashes for a few years, these were the best lashes I've ever had. I finally thought I had found a reliable studio with a reliable technician that I was always satisfied with. Then, I showed up to an appointment with a confirmation the day before confirming the lash technician and the time. However, I get to the studio and my technician is not there. Instead, I get greeted by an extremely unfriendly girl who rudely tells me my technician got fired for "not doing the technique right". Ironically, they are the best lashes I've ever had so they should likely change their expected "technique". She then tries to inform me that I'm 15 minutes late for my appointment, until I show her the confirmation time on my phone that states I'm on time which she claims was a "glitch in the system". She says she is going to do my lashes today, and as I needed a fill I agreed. She was very aggressive while doing my lashes and hurt me multiple times. The results of the lashes are extremely disappointing, they are hardly full and multiple lashes fell out the day of when I did not even touch them. It has now only been 3 days since I got a fill and it is not even noticeable that I have eyelash extensions. After paying $60 I am extremely frustrated as I now have to find a new salon and get them filled before they all fall out. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the management and operation of Hush Lash studio. They failed to inform me that a technician I rely on has been fired, and instead provide me with a very rude employee who did an inadequate job. When I inquired about where my lash technician is working they just reply with "she can't do your lashes anymore". From my perspective, this is a corporation that is flawed in their practices and shows no care to their customers. I would never recommend Hush Lash studio and will be sure to spread around my negative experience.

The girls at Hush Oak Bay and Tuscany Village are are amazing! I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Not only are they talented but you can expect a totally hygienic environment which is so important when it comes to your eyes.

i just had the worst set dont here, im so disappointed i literally cried after. they are so thick and way too long and placed terribly, way too close to my skin. the entire time getting them was extremely painful as she kept placing them and then changing her mine and pulling them off and ripping some of my natural lashes out with them. im so disappointed as ive been going to hush for about 3 years but after this i wont be going back
