My preschool aged son has been going to Angelic Treasures Christian Daycare for about 6 months now. I have nothing but positive things to say about his experience there. The daycare is well run, the instructors are great and the curriculum is second to none. They have incorpated music and french programs into the weekly schedule . The kids get up to 2 hours outside a day in a private play area. They also get to participate in different theme days throughout the week to mix things up a bit.

It's difficult to find a daycare facility that you can trust. We interviewed several childcare providers and we were on the verge of giving up until we visited Angelic Treasures. Our son is 4 years old and we have never left him with anyone other than family as we feared that our son wouldn't be cared for properly. Angelic Treasures has exceeded our expectations and our son is thriving!! His first day there, the staff phoned us periodically to ease our minds and let us know how well our son was adapting- I really appreciated that. They also gave him a card welcoming him to the family which I thought was a special touch. I am so pleased with Angelic Treasures, I can't say enough good things about them!! My experience with angelic treasures has been great since day one. Sylvia, the owner is the sweetest lady, friendly, kind and genuine. The care takers in the infant room are so loving and my daughter loves them. Also the other care takers and Melissa the manager are all very nice. The daycare is clean and they have daily activities like going out, playing music and doing art work. We also had a Christmas event where parents came and we had a little concert in each room followed by pictures with Santa which was a gift from the daycare. We love them.

When it comes to your kids, you always want the best! I couldn't be more relieved i found this center for my daughter, they are very professional, accommodative & policy driven. As a first time mom, i was extremely worried initially, but they made it really easy. My little one is learning well and is happy going there. All in all, i give 5 stars!

I can’t say enough good things about Angelic Treasures daycare and Sylvia, the owner of the Gordon Baker location in North York. My son started there a few months ago in the preschool room. The staff (and kids!) have truly become a second family to him. The facility is clean, organized and modern with extensive outside play areas. They are open till 6:30pm which is great for parents commuting in crazy Toronto traffic after work to pick up their little ones - most centres close way earlier than this. The daily programming is fantastic and we love that our son has French and music classes multiple times a week. They have their own cook who prepares healthy and balanced meals for the kids each day. Most importantly the teachers are so caring and really seem invested in the development of the children here. Thank you for everything you do for our little man!

Our son was 2.5 years when we decided to send him to daycare. Since it’s the first time, we did lot of homework and based on all the reviews we received from parents and the discussion we had with the daycare, we decided to send our son here. We are glad that we chose this place because our son loves this place and he is improving in all aspects. Our son loves Ms. Donna and she knows how to get through him. She is amazing. Rest of the teachers in his class are the same. They take very good care of the kids. Rasholeen, the owner is very understanding and she keeps us updated on different things happening in day care. The best things is the parent portal where they upload the pictures of the kids everyday on what they did and it gives a comfort feeling to parents. Finally, every single staff is amazing at this daycare and I suggest this to every parent who is looking for a daycare for your child.

We have entrusted Angelic treasures with our daughter the past few months (infant room) and have nothing but amazing things to say about the quality of care and support she gets on a daily basis. This was her first daycare experience and she adjusted so well, and so quickly! All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and I do get the feeling they genuinely care about our daughter. The only drawback that we have experienced is that pick up wait times are often very long.

We are more than happy with our decision for our son to be attending Angelic Treasures (Gordon Baker). The owner, Sylvia, all of the teachers, staff, kids, and families are all welcoming and amazing individuals. As first time Parents, we visited a number of centres, stressed out looking for the right centre that met our expectations, but from the moment we came in for a visit to the infant room, I knew my son would be happy. Sylvia and Molly invited us to sit during circle time and my son felt right at home. He started to play with the toys and was already socializing. We weren’t rushed through the centre during our tour whatsoever. It was relaxed, they answered my questions, gave me advice on what to look for, it was exceptionally clean, and very welcoming. Transition was tough but all of the teachers and staff were loving and gave my son and myself the support we both needed. It has been just about 4 months now and I wanted to wait to write a review to ensure my words and feelings were genuine and that I still felt the same. If anything, I feel more love for the people, kids, and centre itself. The fact that my son has grown up so much, loves everyone, loves being there, and everyone knows him by his name, makes my heart warm. A number of people I’ve conversed with advised that I would never find a daycare that won’t have at least a couple problems or you won’t love it 100%, that’s not true. Angelic Treasures goes above and beyond; we’ve never had a problem or issue that made us dubious about our decision. We’re lucky to have secured a spot and happy that they surround my son in the best environment to learn and grow up in. Bonus: They provide a lot more than other childcare centres in the aspect of child development, social activities, involvement, hours of operation, payment methods and so much more. Things you would not expect a childcare centre to provide, they do it all. Thank you so much. ❤

We brought our daughter to the infant class when she was 1 years old. The staff is amazing and so caring, special shout out to the infant teachers - Annie, Molly, Mary, Julie, Elizabeth, Mary and Melissa. They did everything to make her comfortable. Now, she is outgoing and enjoys playing at daycare, doing crafts, music and french class. Loved being able to see her on the camera and the food is delicious!

As an educator myself and first time mom I feel one of the most important decisions we make as parents is where to send our children for childcare. It is the first step on their path to independence. Being a first time parent I was nervous to embark on this process. I called, questioned and visited many childcare providers before seeking out Angelic Treasures Christian Daycare. The moment I walked into Angelic Treasures I could feel the warmth and joy within the environment of center before I even spoke to a single staff member. I had hundreds of questions and anxieties and Sylvia and Melissa patiently listened and answered all of my queries without even batting an eyelash. After speaking with the knowledgeable and caring staff and seeing them in action during the orientation process, my mind was immediately made up that this was the place for our daughter. Their high quality programming and individualized approach to even their littlest learners, is proof that the staff here have a true vocation. My daughter loves music class and her language has improved leaps and bounds since joining the infant program. Sending our daughter off to daycare was an emotional and joyous moment all at the same time. Sylvia and the staff at Angelic Treasures eased our worries by making us feel like we have become a part of a family. That is something I will feel forever blessed to have found in our childcare center!

She is someone that loves what she does, and manage her environment well. She has been doing this so well for so many years. Unlike what other reviewer's had said. My son gets his diaper changed at least 4-5 time's per day and each one is noted as dry,wet,bm. Report cards are given out each day with a summary of the days activities. My son enjoys his time there and has benefited greatly from all the interactions with kids in his age group. They do a wonderful job teaching kids how to be both independent and work as a team.

I'm very happy that I found Angelic Treasures Daycare in North York. My 22-month-old son's been attending here for about two months now, and he enjoys going here very much. I'm truly grateful to the teachers and staff who helped him to transition well by filling his needs and showing great support. There are many aspects I like about Angelic Treasures and I will write them in different categories. 1. Friendly Teachers & Staff As mentioned, my son wouldn't have adjusted well without the love and support of the teachers and staff. Every morning, we are greeted with warm welcomes and smiles of the teachers. They are always open to answering questions and addressing parents' concerns. My son says the names of his teachers all the time, even at home, with big smiles on his face, which shows he's been having positive experiences with his teachers :) 2. Well-decorated Classrooms and Clean Facility When you walk in, you will immediately feel that this daycare has a bright and warm atmosphere. Each room is decorated nicely (but not overwhelmingly) and has various kinds of toys and books to suit children's needs. I was also able to sense that staff pay close attention to hygiene as well. 3. Good Academic Support My son improved so much on speaking skills as he started attending Angelic Treasures. I'm impressed to see him count numbers, and know all the alphabets. He couldn't speak any English when he first started, but he surprises me with his newly-acquired language and math skills each time. I know babies learn fast, but it wouldn't have been possible without the teachers teaching him to learn. I also put a high value in music and outdoor play, and I'm glad to see that kids get separate music lessons and lots of play time outside. They also learn French which is good for them to be exposed to at young age. They also do many arts and sensory activities. 4. Affordable Pricing (+live cam) They provide a very affordable pricing compared to such high quality daycare system they provide. They have a live cam that you can access 24/7 if you want to see how your child is doing without any additional fees. 5. Delicious and Healthy Meals There is a on-site chef who cooks healthy and fresh meals to the children (she also makes delicious treats like muffins and bread once in a while for parents to enjoy as they drop off their child which is really nice also :)). They provide AM snack, Lunch and PM snack that are both nutritional and yummy! I know this because my son's been finishing all of his food at daycare, and even asking for more, which does not always happen at home haha There are more things I want to mention but I will stop here before this review turns into an essay lol Last but definitely not least, I'm truly thankful that Angelic Treasures is such Christ-centred daycare filled with His rich blessings. But of course they are open to all families, regardless of background, religion, ethnicities..etc because He loves all people :) So If you want your child to thrive and flourish, I would highly recommend Angelic Treasures Daycare Centre!

Highly recommend this center to parents; my son has been attending for over a year, started in toddler room and recently moved to preschool. He has so much fun, his motor skills, social and verbal skills are well advanced, and he loves his ECEs. A huge sense of comfort leaving him in their hands everyday!

I absolutely love this place. It's clean, spacious and well run. The staff are all very knowledgeable and really care about your kids. They know all the kids, even the ones that are not in their class. They even know my other child's name who doesn't even go there. It's just such a warm and loving place. It's like family! Although play-based, they still learn a lot through play and even get to learn some French, music and Christian teachings. Sylvia, the owner, is incredible. She's genuine, kind and approachable. Crossing my fingers that she will be able to accept child care subsidy soon which I know she is fighting for.

First time mom here, my daughter has been here for a few months now in their Infant Program and I have to say my mind and heart are at ease every time I drop her off and pick her up. The staff here seem quite caring and very lovely. My daughter shows affection to all the staff here and it takes awhile to leave while she hugs and blows kisses to the staff. Seeing her attachment to this place and staff is a home run in my books. Kudos to the staff. On logistics, my daughter has not had any diaper rash horror stories like the ones I often hear from other mothers and their experiences at other daycares, so this was a major relief. We do receive a report card reporting their daily activities (food consumption, diaper changes, activities, etc) which is helpful for transition. I think the report cards are close to accurate if not actually accurate. There's a bunch of other processes/procedures that you will learn about or can proactively ask about. Overall I am very happy with Up and Away. It disheartens me that their overall Google Maps Review is so low. These one off reviewers placing only 1 star without context should be removed because it may dissuade potential parents from considering this daycare. I would hate to see something good go out of business because of internet flamers that cannot even justify why they are defacing a good operation. This place does not accept subsidies from City of Toronto but their pricing I find is significantly more reasonable than childcare options that do accept subsidies (at least 20% less). I hope you consider Up and Away for your little ones. Ask for a tour to settle your doubts. It's hard to let go and transition back to work/life outside of minding your sweet little one full time, but finding a place that you can trust takes courage. Be brave and see your child grow! I teared up during transition week when my daughter went over to a teacher who was singing twinkle twinkle little star, that was my favourite song to sing to her; but to see her show interest in someone else singing the same song - ugh she's growing too fast already!

My son started 3 month ago in the infant room. Infant room teachers and supervisor are super patient and kind. They clean and sanitize toys and tables frequently. Lunch is yummy and not salty, ingredients are organic. My son every day finishes all his lunch and snacks. He learned to sleep on his own after a few weeks and eat with spoon after 1 month being there. They have French and Music teachers come in often to provide fun classes. What I like the most is the caring staff, they have passion and love for the kids from their hearts. My son loves to go to Angelic Daycare.

Our daughter has attended Angelic Treasures since she was 2 years old! It’s been a second home for her and it’s truly prepared her to begin kindergarten. She’s had wonderful teachers and memorable experiences with all the kids. The activities are educational, fun, and engaging. We didn’t realize how much she had been learning till she started school. We love the addition of Ms.Jannie who is very creative, supportive and answers all our questions with grace. It’s been a great early learning center, would definitely recommend and we will surely be back for the summer. Thanks so much everyone!

The search for a trustable childcare ends here! They have the best ECE guided curriculam for your little one. Speaking From personal experience, I love the routine they follow. They have a beatiful activity board for all the kids that go there… the administration is very friendly and most of all reassuring! They always make sure to chat a little with the parents about how the kid is doing on a regular basis. Most of all i love that they share cute little Pictures of my kid on one to one basis ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing daycare! My son is 2.5 years old and he loves it! They have a lot of different activities like weekly music class and French class. Also they do several different activities during the week, like splash days in the summer. Cherry on top if the cake - they have a Friday night date once per week so you can leave your kid there til later and enjoy your evening with your partner, friend, or just yourself =) Staff is very friendly and caring and always addresses your questions. Highly recommend!

As a first time mom, choosing a daycare was a daunting task. Our family was so blessed to have found Angelic Treasures (recommended by a friend with glowing reviews from a local mom group). The teachers are incredibly loving, the centre communicates through posted calendars and providing daily updates. The curriculum is age appropriate and engaging and fun! My child says they miss everything and everyone at ATCD and we’re thankful that we have so many wonderful memories there. I highly recommend ATCD to any parent of all faiths!

The bright, colourful classrooms make it a happy place and the quality care provided by all staff in each and every room is outstanding. The new management has made upgrades to the facility in December 2020 to give an all new look. The classrooms are big, bright and clean, the staff and teachers have genuine love and care for all children. The owners are present all the time for smooth operations of the facility. Amazing staff, very caring. My son is diabetic and I've had bad experiences with other day cares bec they didn't accept him. They said its a big responsibility and we can't handle that.. But with Angelic Treasures, Ms Elizabeth, and Ms Melissa are very caring and cautious, always call me to ask about his doses or when his blood sugar is high or low. he is really having a good time there with Mr Shamoy And Shamaya. I love this daycare so much! We enrolled our daughter when she was 12 months old. I was worried she would have a difficult time adjusting to the new place and faces.They allowed me to sit in for 2 half days the first week to help with the transition and within the week my daughter was well adjusted. The teachers have shown my daughter so much love and support. I could tell my daughter had a fun filled day with the daily written updates,which noted things like what she ate, number of diaper changes, nap time, and activities she loved. The staff is super reliable, easy to talk to and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this daycare.

We send our twin to the daycare since they are about 8 months old. The experience has been very positive for the twin. They have developed social skills with other infants in the room as well as adapting to normal routine. The teachers have also taught them how to be more independent. They are now 18 months old and learn to eat by themselves with utensils. We also get advice and report card from the daycare on their developmental milestones. Overall, the teachers are very responsible and our twin enjoy going to the daycare.
