I love this daycare. The director and teachers are so friendly and informative. The building itself is so bright and colorful. The roof top playground it's amazing and my kids LOVE it.

Unfortunately my family had a very bad experience with this location . The manager in charge Ashley , and her assistant Nicole are not welcoming , Ashley didn’t even give us a time to meet her in person and she was always out of the day care . She could be reached by her cell phone and once she told us that she has to end of the call because she did not like what we were telling her . We got surprised!!! Nicole ,who is there most of the times ,answered most of our questions with I am not sure and I don’t know . How come she is there in charge of an assistant and she does not know any answers. my feeling is that they are not much experienced in this profession and they make most of the issues personally and cause more complex. The day care has only 2 classes that are better than the rest , one is one of the toddler classes and the other is preschool class the door in the left of the hall way . Shawn who is a manager in Calgery was very helpful and gentle and he was the one that fixed our issue after a while . The day care has big classes and is it is new and clean .

We are so happy with our choice to place our son in Daycare here. He loves going in every day and it's incredible peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands. They were gentle with us during the transition into full days/week, they worked with us every step of the way with sleeping, eating and tips to make the transition more smooth. The longer open hours, the structured programming and provided food were the major variables contributing to our choice. Our main carer in the Infant/toddler room loves our baby as if he was her own. It's an amazing feeling to be 100% confident that he is loved and well looked after. The large rooftop play area gives him the space he needs to roam and move. Couldn't be happier.

We absolutely love Willowbrae! The staff is educated, kind and attentive. Each and every staff member smiles and says hello at our son everyday making him feel welcome. It is comfort to any parent knowing their child is in a positive and caring facility. It is clean, organized and the meals have worked out well for our son. Highly recommend Willowbrae!

I had a bad experience in this place ! the manager is not responsive and is not available most of the time. When I had tour I paid registration fee and deposit and 2 days after I changed my mind as I feel the place is not clean and the teachers and manager are unfriendly , so I cancelled my registration and they said that all the money is not refundable !! I just paid for no service!! At last I am happy that tis bad experience is ended soon...

Willowbrae is a great academy for the kids! We had a very good experience since the beginning. Their admin team was very honest, organized and transparent in term of registration and waitlist process. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and prompt on answering all of our questions. This is a big centre, very organized,safe, and clean. The staff are very nice and caring. They paid a very close attention to each of our children’s personalities, let them take their time, and also listened to our suggestions as well as using their own experience to ensure a smooth entry for our children!

Willowbrae North Vancouver is AMAZING! Our 1 year old ended up here after we pulled him out of another daycare (for a few reasons) and we couldn't be happier. The teachers in his room (which is up to 18 months) are so caring, fun, and organized and their outdoor space is wonderful - lots of toys, soft ground, etc. The office staff is also great and always helpful, their food options are well balanced, and they are always doing fun and interesting activities with the kids. Within 2 months of being there, our little guy has started walking, become way more social and is a better eater and problem solver. I can't say enough about how great this daycare is and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere for your child to grow, learn and be lovingly cared for!

I could give more stars! Willowbrae North Van was far the best option for our 11 months old son. We came with the decision right after the open house and meeting Nicole (Director). Not only her, but the entire team is very professional and friendly. As new parents, having a school that adds to our child development so positively was really impressive. Because we were opened we learned so much from them. Also, having meals included is whole another level and the schedules are diverse. Points that I loved the most: Sign language for babies (my son came home doing More, Please, All Done sign in such a small age, so CUTE), Drama Bugs classes, Daily Reports (how much sleep, how much food, diaper changes, what they did, and a personal brief comment), Cameras, and the famous Circle Time... I highly recommend. ♥

Wonderful preschool program! It made the transition into Kindergarten very easy for my kids. My boys loved the playground on the roof. The administration staff and teachers are really friendly and helpful. The meals are good and healthy. I would highly recommend this location.

I must say it was a great, satisfactory experience for me and my son. The entire crew was extremely professional and meanwhile very friendly. They have somehow become pur second family. The classroom, the teachers very reliable and knowledgeable. Nicole , the principle is for sure the very right person for this role, goes to every length to solve issues personally and very professionally. Overall i was very much happy and more importantly i was super happy with Irina, my son’s teacher. Other office members , Edissa and Leah were super helpful, friendly and always smiling. These are little delicate things that make you feel at home. Good job guys, keep up the good work.

We have had the most perfect experience with Willowbrae. My son started attending since he was about 14months and everything about this place is wonderful! First of all, staff is amazing! Director is so friendly and communicates professionally. My son was lucky to have the same teachers (Teacher Eunice and Shishi) from his infant class to toddler class and they were AMAZING! I can't say enough things about them. They pay attention to every detail of every kids in their class and I felt safe and at ease every morning when I dropped my son off. Thank you Willowbrae!

Both my children attended Willobrae full time. Overall we have been in this daycare for over four years and I highly recommend it. The teachers are amazing and caring. The management is very open and responsive, if there are concerns/ requests they are addressed and solutions are implenented fairly quickly and that is so important. They also provide healthy snacks and lunch prepared on site. Opening hours are perfect for working parents and the school is only closed on stat holidays. Both my kids loved coming to class every morning and literally run to their teachers... I truly couldn't have asked for a better place to care for them... I am so thankful to the Willobrae family that became a second home for our kids and so happy they got to enjoy the amazing teachers, staff and facilities. They learned so much and we will be forever grateful. Thank you for everything! Karin

A year ago I would of given Willowbrae 5 Stars. Today I'm very concerned regarding the leaderships ability to provide the quality development for my children. A revolving door of talented teachers and lack of program improvements. Where is the hustle and strategy? Extremely disappointed and frustrated. The children deserve better.

We've had an amazing experience at willowbrae for the last 2 years! Staff is very friendly and organized. Nicole the manager, Edisa and Leah who are in the management team are always available to answer any questions or concerns and respond very quickly.we had a very smooth enrollment process at the beginning as well.The food that is provided to children is scheduled perfectly through out the week and its very healthy. The facility is very clean and organized! We had a great experience with all the teachers as they are very educated and patient. We loved the daily reports sent to us in details of how our son is developing new skills and learning everyday and we were able to talk to him about it after picking him up. We specialy loved all the cute art work that he would bring home each day with so much excitement. We highly recommend Willowbrae North Van! Thank you so much Nicole,Edissa,Leah and all the teachers for all your hard work to take care of our little ones!
