My kid went to a different daycare before for a month but couldn't adjust well. He's been here for only a week and is already doing much better. He enters the center eagerly and happily and doesn't cry anymore. All the teachers and staff are very friendly and caring. My only concern with my picky-eater kid is he's not been eating much here, which I hope would improve over time.

After immigrating, when my son became 2 year old, we thought of getting into a day care so as to develop his social skills as well as to channelize his energy creatively. It was then we came across vacancy in Kids Palace Nursery school, where facility tour and counselling session was scheduled. We were pretty satisfied with the facilities like play area, activities, infrastructure, kid-friendly toilets and most importantly, kids and teachers from different culture and background which ascertains inclusiveness being an immigrant. Downside is the fees part, where there is increase in fees within couple of months of joining. However, my kid got very well adjusted and is enthusiastic about going to school from 4th day of joining. Also, he developed social skills, mannerisms, language and fine motor skills pretty quickly. Being a talkative and highly energetic kid, he loves going to school, meeting friends and teachers. I feel fortunate to find this place for my kid. However, fees could be more structured and stable over considerable time.

Kids' Palace Nursery School was the first daycare facility our daughter attended for about 2 years, prior to starting Kindergarten school. For young children, the initial formative years are crucial to develop skills that will enable them to be successful in future. Teachers at Kids' Palace are friendly and caring. Overall we had a positive experience and would highly recommend Kids' Palace. Wishing all the teachers and the management continued success.

When we started looking for daycare for my son who was about to school in next 4 months. Luckily, I got spot in kids palace nursery school. School office staff was welcoming. Teachers in the classroom help is easy transition of my son. Though, initially I had inhabitation about the school but once we started with this school my son learnt a lot. He started giving his opinion and starred mingling with kids in society. He became more disciplined. Thanks to Kids Palace school teachers and office staff. We will miss you.

Worked with Kid Place Nursery School for two years & I learned a lot, made a lot of good connections.The management particularly the director Chandra & previous supervisor supported me.This daycare is warm & welcoming school for all the children & the families. Chandra is always open for conversations , empathetic ,real ,transparent and a parent herself.For any concern she and her team there to assist ,work with the families & ultimately foster love ,patients , knowledge and kindness for the children .the staff are passionate about their jobs specifically they follow all the Ontario government protocol during this difficult situation ,and I’m sad that I miss all of you as I moved to SK but still I remember the children, staff and the management and wish Chandra and her team all the best! My son has been in Kids' Palace Nursery School for about 8 months and he really enjoys it. We can see the growth and great improvement in his speech and problem solving ability. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. After I moved to Mississauga, I looked at various daycares and this was the only that welcomed me and gave me thorough information without any prejudice. My kid is so happy and well take care of, whether its potty training them or making them learn, read and write, the teachers have done it all. Each teacher in this daycare is very caring and makes sure the kids feel at home.

My daughter goes here going into 2 years now. You get worry free all rounded care including transport to and from school. Staff are professional, kind and creative. They've taken extra effort to keep our kids safe after reopening during the pandemic. I thank them for their diligent service.

Our boy started going to this daycare school before he turned to 2 years old. Now he is 2 years and almost 3 month old and he feels safe and trusts all his teachers around him. We noticed that our kid is developing creativity and social skills, due to staff professionalism. The staff is friendly and responsible. We highly appreciate work that teachers and office staff do, and their attitude towards the kids. Highly recommend this daycare center to anyone.

My two boys joined Kids' Palace Nursery for many years. They both learned and enjoyed their time at the nursery. I am grateful for the owner of the school. She is so compassionate and understanding to each family's needs. This Nursery helped me and my both boys to navigate the school system and advocate for my children. I wish them all the best and will always remember them. I drive my kids by and they will point at the building and happily saying their teachers names although it has been over 8 years now. No place is perfect but in this Nursery they listen to your needs and concerns and make you feel like it is valid and they will take an action to make the parent comfortable. Thank you Kids' Palace

My three year old daughter has been going to this daycare from three months and I definitely have seen positive difference in her overall development. She has learnt a lot of things and thanks to the staff for being so patient and teaching her everything. I am glad that I found this daycare to take care of my child. Highly recommend! My daughter started with pre school at kids palace. This was her first time experience with day care, I was very worried. However because of teachers and all staffs welcoming and friendly behavior she started to like it quickly. She used to mention always names of miss Emily and miss Naav many times. Because I guess she was with these teachers most of the time but all the other teachers are also nice. Miss Uma who welcomes kids was very supportive, used to talk friendly and nicely with my daughter at the starting when she used to cry. Sometimes I did have concerns too. However I understand they are also humans. And admin peoples Kelly and Navpreet are always listens about our concerns and questions and take it very patiently. It does have nice playground and lot of toys, bikes kids enjoy. My daughter enjoyed summer time a lot there. They takes them to the park, conducts water fountain activity and once farm trip was arranged during Halloween season. They takes proper action with respect to child's safety and are honest.

My son has been in Kid's Palace Nursery School for about 18 months and he has loved every minute of it. I was a little apprehensive sending him back after the lockdown but it was the best decision for our family and I'm happy to say it has been a wonderful experience. I'm very impressed with the measures currently in place and my son - who usually gets so many colds during the winter- has been in such good health which I think is a testament to the health and safety measures in place in the centre. Thanks to all the staff for giving me one less thing to worry about during this stressful time.

My kid was 3.5 yrs old and he went there for 2months.It was a very nice experience.He learnt different types of educational,physical and behavioral skills.The staffs are professional and caring.They usually arranged the whole day routine very diversely so that the children don't get bored. My daughter started going to this day care soon she turned to 2 yrs. She got accustomed within 1 week and now she really enjoys going there. The staff are friendly, helpful and at times accommodate our needs as and when necessary. I appreciate all the staff members for their constant support and hardship in nurturing kids. The twins are back at daycare during this corona situation. At first I was very nervous for there safety. It’s been two weeks and I am very happy with the procedures they have in place. The kids come home and they are so happy to be back. Drop off and pick up run very smoothly. Thank you to the amazing staff making a working moms life easier.

It was pleasure to know professionals I've met in Kids' Palace Nursery School. 16 years I was a part of this friendly team. Each day in the classroom reminded me why I was there. My job always was to make differences in children's lives with whom I share my heart and opened them new knowledges. My big appreciation to Chandra and Ela for creating a positive atmosphere in this place. They supported all my ideas and helped to implement them in my program. When I tried to register my kid, the price was almost raised to doubled from the price I received during my two telephone inquiries. My kid shall not be the first kid for the daycare and the daycare shall have run the business for quite long time. Finally I decided not to send my kid there, since they could make this huge mistake, they may make further serious mistakes in the future.

It has been a privilege to have Kids palace daycare right in our building. I never thought of anything else except them when I thought of sending my son (14 months at that time) to daycare and they never put me down or proved my decision wrong. I'm glad that my son is in safe, enthusiastic, caring, professional and loving hands from past 4 months. They send in updates, photos and videos of the activities my son does in day care and that really is so exciting and keeps me and husband relieved whole day :-). These days my son doesn't even want to come home, he just runs inside the daycare when we go to pick him up in the evening or hugs his teacher...lol. I wish I could give them more than 5 rating...but 5/5 says it all....good luck everyone @ KPNS. Stay safe, because our relief is in your safety.

My daughter started going to Kids palace in March. Like every mother, I was really worried since, it was the 1st time my daughter had started going to a daycare. Initially, I used to call 2-3 in a day just to check if she is doing ok. The educators and the supervisors have never been rude and taken utmost care of my daughter. I would like to share our positive experience with Kid’s Palace. Our son has been attending for almost a month now and he’s been doing really well and he adjusted quickly. First, his verbal skills have improved and he’s able to communicate his emotions clearly. Also, his teacher provides constructive and helpful feedback daily. Also, she has helped him to explore and try different kinds of food although he was very picky at home. I would like to deeply thank all the staff in the centre for taking great care of my son! Now I can confidently say he will be ready for school next year.

I have registered both my daughters (school age children 7 and 5 Years old) at the summer program. They attended school for only 3 days and teachers forced them to sleep for 2+ hours like the infants and preschool . I stopped sending them here . Both my kids are in trauma and feel this school is like a jail . Please don't send your kids here they have no experience about this age group need and force them to sleep for long period of time . No quiet activity was provided to my kids when they asked teacher that they dont feel sleepy and teacher asked them to lay down and close their eyes . a non human action

Kid's Palace is a place that I am proud to say that I was a worker there for 12 years. I had a great experience both with the team of workers and the families of the students. It is a place where much effort, wisdom and learning are nourished. Today I am greateful for all the skills I have acquired as a person and teacher by been sorrounded by excellent collaborators with great patience and professionalism to care for, guide and teach children.
