For gym options in the area this is probably the best you're gonna get for the best rate. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and are definitely the highlight of this location. Theres lots of equipment, whatever you're looking to do you can do it here. However some equipment is very limited. one squat rack is very sad for a gym this size. Also a lot of equipment is well used with lots of damage and wear and tear.

Gym is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly but it is a small facility though it gets the job done. REALLY WISH THE GYM WAS OPEN AT 5am ... I would never miss a morning.

Good selection of equipment and classes for every age and fitness level. No pressure to sign up. 8$ for daily use if not a member. Change rooms are clean and showers have soap dispensers and sauna room is available. Large room upstairs for group classes. Spin classes three days a week. Staff are friendly and informed.

I have been a member since 1995. The Y has great staff and is a clean facility offering a community and family oriented experience.
