Don’t bother unless you are ok with being charged for items that are not delivered and you have no way to complete a claim about that anywhere on your online account. Online order are convenient but there is no way to follow up. I understand that we are going to though times, but it is precisely why being able to follow up on an order where charged items are missing. Having an automated chat and asking customers to email but not follow up on those emails is not part of a good customer service.
Packed on a Saturday afternoon. No shopping carts whatsoever. People walking around like packed sardines.
I reallyyyy can't stand self checkout, and always choose to support jobs when I go to any store. But at around 8:30pm this evening, the only option I had was self checkout. Every register was closed. I would have just left my full cart right there in the store, but unfortunately urgently needed those items. The only reason I am giving more than a one star review is because the lady assisting at the self checkout line was incredibly sweet, nice, and worked hard to put a smile on my face. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but you need more employees like her WORKING THE REGISTERS!!!!
I guess it's fine but people rarely wash their hands and out on a mask. So if you really wanna get COVID, this is ABSOLUTELY just THE place to go. I'm dead serious. This place has gone really downhill lately.

Great in person and great for online delivery as well. I ordered an exercise bike on Sept 27 and received it on the 29. An Everlast EV100RC Recumbent Cycle for $308.13 all in. Easy to assemble and great value too. In store I purchased a microwave yesterday and the clerk charged it twice. When I returned - she moved me to the front of the customer service line saying that it was her mistake and I shouldn't have to wait for a refund.
We were thrilled to find a nice looking platter of Sushi and 2 hot chickens as well as other very last minute food and gift items for our intimate Christmas eve family celebration. My oldest son had just finished working at 4:30 so we had to move quickly. This store has so much selection and stock.
Its organized weirdly. We had a hard time finding what we wanted. But we got the items we needed. I only found staff in the food area. But the walmart is clean and I consider this place to people who likes shopping.
I am really disapointed by the fact that the website said this location had no Tamagotchis in stock. But I can confirm the website lied and they had it on the shelves. I had to use my credit card online and now I fear Bill Gates knows my location. Great Service in store though.
This Walmart supercenter is extra super. First of all , the store is huge, the parking is super size. Moreover, this one have two coffee shop inside, Tim Horton and McDonald. It also have other specialty eatery to satisfy your appetite and curiosity. Of course, it runs on its supercenter concept of housing other small business, including beauty shop and pharmacy and others. The signature concept of providing grocery and other household dry products under the same roof is sound, cohesive and smooth too. This is the main reason to shop Walmart. Walmart fans, this one cannot be missed.
Slow services crazy, you need to wait hours to get to a cashier. No cashier to serve you! They owner should put more cashier not to remove them.

Such a big store and no more cash counter . Everyone has to self check out.sometimes there is problem and you have to wait for the service person for 15 to 20 min. They are reducing the staff alot .
Sloppy looking Walmart, In the grocery department, when stock is low, staff is directed to face the counters so that items are arranged in a clearcut manner. It's takes so much wasted time to find items easily and I have 20 years of grocery, fruit/ veg experience. Would not return. Management needs a wakeup call as this reflects on the entire store.

Surprise ! Now there are no cashiers to do the check-out after 7 pm, so you have to do it by yourself. I did not know that so I was doing my 15-day shopping -of course, after my day time job. A real nightmare ! Rather to pay a little more in another place for a better experience...

They do not honor online prices in store. Waste of time waiting on line and then bring told this. No other store does this and you figure that you would want to push out your inventory. Complete disappointment!
They might be open more hours on Saturdays and Sundays it's too early till 5:00pm .......
Gotta love Wal-Mart!! Great prices, clean and very spacious parking lot. Also, processed an online order and chose a time for pickup. All products were exactly what i had chosen. Will definitely order online again in order to avoid the hassle of pushing your cart through oblivious shoppers.
What a depressing store. You walk in and you get the feeling you are in a dump. The merchandise is dumped left and right, the floors are dirty. I guess these people are focused on cheap marchandise at the lowest prices possible. Everyone goes in and out from the same door. (the other one is closed) so they are not respecting the sanitary rules. As far as goods and services are concerned, this was predicted some time ago that when everyone is hooked to Walmart after while the company will start cutting down on quality and services. ex: the self-serve checkout. I'm wondering what Sam Walton would think if he would visit. Message to the owner: By the way, do you know who is Sam Walton?
Christmas season prices well organised
Missing items, no facing done so you have to guess the price of certain items or waste your time finding the right price tag or to open the slow and buggy Walmart app to scan the article.
I would not go there anymore as long as they require the vaccination passport. I would like to buy local but I need to support my non vaccinated friends, colleagues and family.
Convient location and has all you would expect from a Walmart. Not the biggest Walmart though.

Easy access a lot of parking space but not easy to locate the items sometimes.
Needs to be cleaned more often, and you can't find staff to help you that easy. It used to be good when they first opened now they are short staffed
If I could give 0 stars i would. Waited over 2 hours in the pick up area to get my groceries for pickup. Was asked by 4 different employees what my name was so they could check for my order which initially they could not find... once my order was finally "ready" to be picked up half the items were missing with no substitution. It's unbelievable there is no substitute for coffee... Very disappointed...
Unprofessional and poor management I Visited Walmart in Montreal, Laval , Boucherville but this is ???? The worst Walmart store i have ever been, not organized, hardly you find what you look for, most of the shelves are mixed up or just empty. More than 7 items i need have no prise tag any where. Very poor variety. No store forced me before to abandon what i got and leave.
Jessica the internet Manager is a person who is very client oriented , and in all my years in customer service, have never met someone so exemplary in her field. A BBQ in demand and out of stock was not available, she promised to call when one came in. Jessica called me today and let me know it was in../// just wow, Service!! Thank you ???? ????

I used to be a fan of Walmart but they cheapened out on their products and things got more expensive. As for the food section, I rather go to Maxi. The rest I’ll get either from Dollarama unless their is something I really need from there, I’ll use them as a last ditch resort
They cancelled my entire grocery order at the last minute with no explanation. Nobody in the store or grocery pickup answers the phone when calling.

Review for clothing cabin: Lady working at the changing rooms was extremely unpleasant. Never looked me in the eye when I asked her a question and walked right passed me. If you can't at least look at someone when they ask you a question then please don't work in customer service.

POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! Employees are extremely unprofessional and in all honesty don’t do much! I am presently sitting at the nail salon waiting for my technician to call me in and there’s the same 4 girls (I always see hanging around) blabbing away; it’s been a good half hour (as if they’re on recess, literally yelling and playing around) seeing how the shelves are all disorganized and practically empty I really think this Walmart needs new management in order to regulate the actions of these employees! Won’t be shopping here ever again!!! Nail place is awesome though:)
Called several times. It keeps ringing and someone actually picks up and pit back the phone wasn't able to get hold of them. Also everytime I got the price checkers never work....
This Walmart was my inclusive shopping point, but unfortunately after my recent purchase, I was completely disappointed by the manager (Sophia) at customer service department. They are selling me a damaged product and then advise to contact the company for reimbursement or any other issues because the system does not allow to refund you. I really wonder how come Walmart hires these incompetent people who are just talking like a recorded cassette player. She was very rude and ignorant. Watch out people before buying because it is your responsibilities to deal with manufacturer if there is any issue.
The Best Walmart location I ever been
This is my favorite Walmart, BUT many of its shelves are usually empty real quick. They quickly run out of stock and never seem to have backup. I urge the store manager and regional manager to be more attentive to this issue. My store preference is this Walmart, I really don't want to go to other grocery stores every time you have an out of stock item.
Shopping wise and finding what I need is an A+ but the fact that I need to check out my grocery myself is a D-. I'm an early and big shopper, cart always full and with 2 kids on my side I can't do it!! You want less cashier's, fine, close a few and where there is check out, place cashier to do her job. More and more I feel frustrated and I will rather do my shopping elsewhere.
Long line ups and they racially profile who they ask receipts for upon leaving. Don't make the mistake of looking too "brown" or you'll be treated like a thieve. They had the guts to run after me in the parking lot after I refused to show them my receipt. The property is paid for and mine I don't have to show anything specially not when I'm being racially profiled. They have investigators in the store and cameras Everywhere there's no reason for them to ask for receipts any more than any other retailer. Get your stuff elsewhere if you don't wanna be made to feel like a thief
They do not answer the phone. Tried to get in touch with them for an hour and a half on two different days to check if they had stock of something (the online stock count is totally unreliable) and the electronic department never pick up and even customer service department doesn't answer. Managed to get a very bored employee from the photo section, asked if they were close to the electronic because nobody is picking up, she did not answer and just said a moment please and put me back on the endless hold loop.
Pretty good as far as Supercentre go but it's not quite as good as it could be. Be indulgent however, with the Canadian/US border closed some sections are currently understocked. The silver lining is that they haven't cleared their old inventory yet, so if you'd seen that special something you wanted it's still not too late to get it.
Making wait someone at pharmacy who just needs an advice. For 15 min for a 1min consult when there is no one is kind of ridiculous. Even the girl at training who asked her colleague to help she mentioned twice to the girl ans she kind a said yeah yeha okay Anyways please treat your client differently
All Walmart are great! There are small differences in layouts and maybe staff but other then that it all the same but I will say that they need to do something with cleaning up the rows sometimes it feels like you have to shuffle through stuff to find what you want. Always great prices plus they price match so what wouldn’t you go here.
It's a very big Walmart. It was my first time and surprisingly it was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff I encountered were all nice and courteous. While I was waiting in line, an employee asks me if I wanted the Walmart credit card. At first I say no but then she tells me the magic words: 15$ off on your first statement. Always happy to save on money, I say ok. And then when I go to the service à la clientèle cash, the employee is polite but their printing machine is whack! It only printed the prices on one side while the other was alllll blank. And plus the cc application didn't go through since they needed more info. It took me 10 minutes to shop and 20 to pay and leave... yeah, not too happy about that...
Walmart Laval has friendly staff and reasonable prices. Apart from the large selection of fresh produce and goods, there are also a number of coffee houses and affordable eateries on the premises. Something for all tastes. A convenient venue to do your shopping as buses stop right in front of the Supercentre and there is a very large parking lot as well. I was quite surprised by how helpful they were at the pharmacy and the respect they showed to their customers. All in all, a great experience.

Went to this store planning to spend a significant amount of money, but there were no cashiers. I asked an employee when there would be any, and she did not know, stating that there already should have been some. As I don’t work for Walmart to check out my items, I walked out and instead spent my money at Giant Tiger, where there is most always great service.
My wife and I frequented this walmart as it was the closest to us and seemed fine. During the Covid pandemic, however, that all changed. My wife is unable (not a choice) to wear a face mask due to a medical condition. She is able to wear a face shield and therefore has been doing so wherever she needs to go in lieu of the mask. We were 'hunted' down in the middle of the supermarket and asked to leave by an incredibly ignorant and rude floor manager. This was despite me telling him that my wife was not required to carry any sort of letter from a doctor and that we would happily explain to any inspector the situation. All he had to do was tell them that we told him that she has a condition. He just rambled on that he was telling me that I need a note and that my wife must wait outside the store. This is, by the way, in direct contradiction of Quebec Health which states "It is recommended that people exempted from wearing a mask or face covering due to a health condition avoid, as much as possible, places where they are mandatory. However, their access to places where a face covering is mandatory must not be restricted by a third party. If they go to these places, it is recommended that people who are exempted strictly maintain a physical distance of 2 metres from other people, except the person with them, if any." The behaviour of this individual was disgusting, relentless, ignorant and upsetting. We will not be shopping at this store ever again in the future. My wife has a hard enough time as it is without staff like this making it more difficult. Further to this review as per the Quebec guidelines: "Venue operators have no right to decide whether or not your exemption is legitimate". This is exactly why the managers behavior was appalling. Still no response from the store. Not surprising. We are fairly certain that the managers name was "Stephane'
It is a well organized Walmart with proper hygiene measures & clean shelves, etc. The only issue is when something is out of stock, whether it be in the food/produce or seasonal alleys. They should put a sign up advising shoppers. Otherwise we could end up selecting an item which is in the same section but not at that price.
