The entry into the parking lot is very dangerous because of the stop sign. Traffic coming into the parking lot should have right of way in order to avoid accidents from happening at the intersection. The store itself inside is very organized.

Butchers are thieves!! Charged 8.99 a pound for rib eye and 4.99 a pound for the bone, calling them ribs!!! That's 13.98 a pound!!!!! And the rib eye was tough like cardboard!!!

Average service, decent selection of products but cashiers and bag boys are too busy talking with eachother and not paying attention to their jobs...once again, tonight I came home missing an item I paid for...this time a 6.95$ magazine, last time was a box of rice, time before that was a can of soup. I'm tired of having to go back and argue with them, so I don't bother any more, I just cut my losses, but it's quickly becoming expensive. Strangely, I don't have this problem at IGA...guess IGA will become my primary grocery...not a problem since they are so close to each other.

I just want to thank the butcher staff for giving me the best roast beef I ever had...I asked for a 3 rib roast that was on sale for $5.99 a lb. ..the bones were separated and tied perfectly just as if I had paid twice the price...family thanks you too...hardly any leftovers....Merci, Merci....

I used to go to this metro every week to buy some groceries. Twice, (on separate occasions) they had asked me to show them my receipt for items I bought at IGA (already bagged up). I felt accused of stealing from the store. I never refused, frantically looked through my bag to find the right receipt, and left quietly unsatisfied. Another day, two teenagers at the cash were loudly talking about their personal political opinions in front of me. It was very unpleasant to see customer service being this way. I much rather go to IGA. They have never suspected me of stealing anything and their cashiers don’t openly talk about their personal opinions. Customer service should never put any of their clients through this.

Shop here regularly for some items on special. Higher end grocer. High priced but very clean and very good customer services. Always a good number of cashes open for easy check out. Has a fantastic beer section from regular commercial beers to artisanal and micro brews.

Great grocerie store. Soo many choices. Produce are fresh and beautifull. The meat quality they sell is awsome but you pay a little bit more for it. No worries buying fish either they sell lots of them so they dont stay still on that ice for long. The Depatie family love their clients and helps their comunity as they helped me in the past with a fund raiser against cancer. I will admit that going there is my happy place. Oh i forgot the waiting lanes at the cash aren't too long. Good job!

Good selection of products, excellent service by the staff, but prices are very high compared to nearby IGA, even higher compared to MAXI. Be careful of cut fruits, lunch boxes and pre-cooked meals in particular, they are almost twice what you'll pay elsewhere.

I used to make my shopping there almost 3 years now. Clean place, nice stuff, but cashiers are always talking to each other, even during your transaction with no respect that there is a customer. Rude actions happened to me from the customer service in the presence of the manager whom does not have any personality with the stuff. Higher prices was kinda accepted, but with a bad customer service don't give me points I deserve considered as a scam. I bought more than &100 and applied to me 3X only instead of 5X points.

Shop there on a regular basis. Staff very nice and helpful. Store very clean and high quality products. Prices very reasonable for the products. Hot Meals & Sushi available. There are places that might be less expensive but you pay for what you're getting. Vegetables, Fruits, Meats & all products always fresh. Even the frozen section is well maintained. They have a BIO section, with natural and gluten free items. As for my experiences owners always greet me with great respect and kindness. I recommend this grocery store very highly !!

Has everything you would expect, but not a large variety of brands. For example, there's Mac n' Cheese, but only the store brand and Kraft. No Annie's, Velveeta, etc. The layout of the store is quite nice and easy to navigate. Lots of checkout lanes, most of which were staffed with a cashier and a bagger, which was a plus.
