I wish I could give zero stars as 1 is still to Many. This daycare is extremley unprofessional we never gave permission for My daughter to leave the premises whatsoever only to find out on her last day of care there that they took her off the property against my Permission. When I emailed them About it they gave a bogus email almost trying to make it my fault. This is just one of the nightmares we had to endure while At this centre. If you want your kids to be taken places without permission and drink soapy water and have rude staff then this is the place for you. I suggest you stay far away from this place!!

I was less and less happy with them as time went on. We've used some nicer day cares in Ottawa where the kids were learning, doing art and getting something out of it. They cared far more about getting payed than about anything else. I never missed a payment. They charged us for services we didn't use, and I paid them anyways because any dispute about the service I was told that other people are waiting to take these spots. When I told them, I was leaving they said we had extra missed payment from a year ago. I've been gone for most of a year now and they are still harassing me saying I owe them money. I had to talk to them about the food when my kids wouldn't eat the tuna fish served. I was told that tuna is only served once ever 3 weeks. Within a day or 2 they were served tuna fish again. My 4-year-old couldn't even eat it. There are other issues I could get into.
