My son has attended Wise Owl Montessori from Sept 2014 - June 2015. What impressed me straight away was the level of individual attention the child care providers extended to each child and parent and the efforts they made to gain an understanding of their personal environment. They took great care to ensure every child's needs were met and actively engaged them in a healthy balance of hands on learning and constructive play. It is a friendly and positive learning environment complimented by positive re-inforcement of social development guidelines. As a busy Mum of three children, flexibility is key! Wise Owl Montessouri offers program schedules that work for almost any schedule and are extremely accomodating with drop offs and pick ups. They also run an after-school program where my two older childern were looked after and able to engage with their sibling in a clean and spacious environment that caters for wide range of ages. I've had a lot of experience with different Montessori childcare programs and found Wise Owl Montessori at Eagle Harbour to be absolutely exceptional :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t make the same mistake I did, don’t leave your children in their care. My son attended the location at Upland elementary. They have done nothing but let us down. They promised to be open during the summer and every year they gave excuses on why they could not be open during the summer. And when the Montessori program got extended to grade 6 they promised us they would provide day care for children up until that grade and change their mind and kicked all the children out who entered grade five. Their staff are constantly turning over so frequently it’s frightening. which is a sign of unhappy employees. In fact I don’t believe they’ve kept the same manager for more than one school year. They are extremely difficult to deal with and communicate with if you have a problem or concern there quick to dismiss it or even hang up the phone on you. Their staff are not trained in Montessori so don’t fool yourself with the name “Montessori”. Nor do they really have any Montessori materials in the classroom. The owner is only out for profit and cares nothing for your children. Your kid is a paycheque to them and that’s it.
