I had quite a good time here and the teacher`s were great but the fundraising events didn`t feel directed towards the students interests, also the murals, there used to be murals from past grade eights through out the years but they painted over them took photos and put said photos in small frame`s.

The staff of St. Kateri have exceeded my expectations in warmth and all-round expertise. Being a new immigrant, I was quite worried about how my kids would settle down in their new school, considering their age (8yrs and twins who are 4) and the effects of culture shock at such a young age. I am so relieved and pleased with the way they have been received at St. Kateri and the genuine interest in their academic growth by their teachers. The principal is not left out, he has been very supportive, kind and available. I'd recommend this school in a heartbeat, love it so far.

It’s pretty iffy: the teachers and principals are ok but at the same time we don’t have a budget, there are too many fundraisers during the year and events that happen don’t appeal to the general student base (unless I’m not in it). Adding to this, pizza that students HAVE to buy has uncooked flour and IS AN FDA VIOLATION. in the end, I expect the school to close in proximity of 10 years with our financial crisis. I hope no one gets sick due to uncooked flour but in the end, just no...
