Nice place. Generally good service, a nice pool with slides/diving boards. Theres a gym downstairs with equipment. Hockey arena attached.

The complex houses both the local hockey arena and an aquatic centre under one roof. The swimming facilities are excellent. One caveat though, the family change rooms are on the small side. With only 4 booths, it can get very congested during family oriented swimming events. Behind the complex are beautiful trails in the woods for hiking (during the summer) and for snow shoeing and skiing during the winter. You can 'rent' skis or show shoes free of charge from the complex.

Pipes in the gym ceiling leak all over the equipment everytime they flood the ice rink. (Been going on for 3 years now) The floors in the showers have mildew and slim that lifts when sprayed with a water bottle (mentioned over a year never fixed) Sauna smells like urin The new pool doesn't have a hot tub The parking lot is far from the main entrance Staff are very nice and helpful!!

I primarily go to the gym (the main gym not the women's only gym) at the complex so that is what I will be reviewing. Pros: No dress code - although there are signs saying there is a dress code no one enforces it. You can work out in a bra or in flip flops and no one will say anything. Equipment- a variety of equipment for doing any type of exercise (although some do need some minor repairs) Positive atmosphere- other gym members are respectful in cleaning up after themselves and usually willing to give you a spot or advice on exercises. Cons- No gym monitor- although one is advised in the past few years I have been going to this gym I have never seen one. Ceiling leaks- an ongoing issue for may years
