there are very few options in town to stay so thought would be compromise in quality but was surprisingly happy with overall experience and the way i was treated, the gentlemen who check us in was very accommodative and caring for our special request , would happily recommend this to the visitors

Pretty decent, nothing special like features, but overpriced for the features. Clean lobby, poor wireless internet access, order your taxi ahead (took forever to get one in the morning, even ordered the night before), clean hallways, clean room, but a bit of mold smell, sink very close to the wall, not that much room to work around it.

The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff is friendly, upbeat and helpful. The price is reasonable. The location is very convenient. If you happen to forget valuables in the room when you check out, the staff is very honest and will actually set them aside for you. Highly recommend!

This hotel is great to stay at with your pet. Easy to open sliding door and get in and put of the room. Very quiet but expected rooms with two beds in it. Simple but has everything you may need in it.

The room was comfortable and, once the fan/ventilation was running for a while, smelled okay. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff welcomed me in a friendly and efficient manner and tried to accommodate all my requests. The hot breakfast egg patties were terrible — watery and did not taste like eggs at all.

The TV didnt work, the shower door wouldnt close, there was no clean up/supply replenishment between the 2 nights we stayed. We had a coffee maker with 2 sugar packets and 2 creamer packets that was supposed to last 2 people for 2 nights. Call the front desk and nobody answered. The bed was adequate and the room was clean. I just expected more since the room cost $358 for 2 nights.

This hotel meets expectations of a comfort inn. Staff outstanding. Looking a little tired but clean, great service and can't beat ground level rooms with walkout to vehicle for convenience. A little pricier than other comfort inns.

This hotel has been updated and was quite comfortable. Having a fridge in the room is a bonus. The location is acceptable and easy to visit other places in the area from. The staff was very helpful with local information.

Convenient and responsibly priced. The rooms with 2 double beds are in the ground floor with direct access to the outdoor. This is definitely a plus. The hotel is a bit old but still in a fairly good condition. The rooms in the ground floor because of their convenience are mostly used more and you can feel it.

Trail to the parking lot, CTC gas bar not far away. Breakfast included but limited. Very accommodating staff. Only problem was access to food, have to rely on delivery.

Our stay at The Comfort Inn Kirkland lake was a delight! Great service - clean, spacious room and wonderful staff! I highly recommend this hotel! We had a ground floor floor which was perfect for our shi'tzu.

This is a great place to stay. Has no indoor pool but if your wanting an easy access Hotel for business purposes this is great stay. Have morning breakfast option, and also Mcdonalds and Tim Hortons just down the road.

The hotel is right on the trail and allows you to park your trailer for the duration making a very convenient choice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable albeit the heating and air conditioning unit was in need of repair.

The Comfort Inn in Kirkland Lake is an excellent choice. There is good value for the cost. Comfort Inn properties are not spectacular but they are consistently good. I travel a great deal and stay in Comfort Inns frequently. I continue to recommend Comfort Inns to friends and colleagues.

Mes trois chambres ont eu de gros problèmes de propreté et l’assignation des chambres n’est pas rigoureuse. Une de mes chambre a du être changé deux fois, une première fois parce que le tapis était trempé et la deuxième fois parce que la nouvelle chambre était déjà occupée.

Very clean rooms and everything you need for an extended stay. Close to grocery store and lots of food. Sam in the front office is a super friendly guy and seems to be willing to help you out with any questions you may come up with.

We stayed here this past summer. Glen was fantastic and so accommodating. However the hotel itself was smokey and dirty! It took 5 rooms before we found one that we could tolerate. We were told they would be having a million dollar renovation, let's hope new bedding is included in that reno! We will give them a second chance, but not until their renovation is complete. Hopefully my next review will be a positive one! I give Glen 10 stars though!! He's great!
